    I am filing this formal complaint against DB Schenker, a sea freight company that we contracted to deliver $10 million worth of sensitive scientific equipment from ******* to the ***. Our experience with DB Schenker has been utterly disappointing due to their disorganization, lack of clear communication, and unprofessional conduct.Our dissatisfaction with DB Schenker stems from the following:Disorganization: DB Schenker demonstrated a severe lack of organization in handling our shipment. This resulted in significant delays, which cost us extra storage fees, and unnecessary complications that could have easily been avoided.Poor Communication: Throughout the process, we received conflicting information from multiple DB Schenker representatives, leading to confusion and frustration. Their inconsistent instructions and lack of transparency made it extremely difficult to navigate the situation effectively.Surprise Invoicing: Despite being assured that all invoices were paid, DB Schenker issued an additional invoice more than a month later, billing us over $30,000 above the original quoted amount. To date, we have not received a clear explanation regarding these extra charges.Legal Intimidation: Instead of addressing our concerns and resolving the discrepancies in billing, DB Schenker resorted to threatening us with legal action. This was particularly distressing given that our paid invoices and original quotation clearly indicated that all due amounts had been settled.We have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with DB Schenker; however, their unwillingness to address our concerns or provide adequate explanations has left us with no choice but to file this complaint. We strongly believe that their unprofessional practices should not go unaddressed.We implore the BBB to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to prevent other businesses from experiencing the same frustrations and unfair treatment at the hands of DB Schenker.
