            I have seen the progress and finished work the BAXTOR GROUP has has done for my son at his house. The quality of their craftsman ship is very poor. Examples, Finish work on drywall rough and drywall tape seams separating from the drywall. Not what I expected from professionals. second example; Two windows were installed in an existing wall with siding on the outside of the wall. Replacement windows were not ordered, They installed windows for new construction with the nailing flange on the outer perimeter of the window. When installed, The siding was cut to accommodate the window and the nailing flange and a 4" trim board installed around the window to cover the gap between the window and the siding because of the nailing flange. It looks ugly. Why a replacement window was nit ordered, I don't know again what I would expect from a professional. These are examples of poor craftsman ship and why I would not recommend then for any kind of remodel work.

            The drywall seams separating issue has been resolved

            Baxtor Group was onsite today and we discusses and reviewed the reported issue with the window install. They have agreed to replace the siding in the area of the windows to correct the reported issue. I will update the report when the siding replacement is complete
