On Tuesday, July 1, 2025, I made a purchase at Creamery Tire for tires and tire pressure sensors for the total amount of $936.80. Prior to paying for the service via personal check, I produced two loyalty cards for the business knowing I had a cash value on one of the cards. Employee ******* relayed the loyalty program is temporarily suspended and I cannot use my cards today. I asked if I will get a credit for todays purchase on the cards and she shook her head and said no. I said I disagree and she didnt respond. The back of the loyalty cards say PROTECT THIS CARD AND TREAT IT AS CASH. It further states Present this card as payment for your purchase. I had earlier phoned Creamery Tire and obtained a quote for this purchase and was not told about the loyalty card program being suspended. Employee ******* did not tell me the loyalty card program was suspended when I initially met her at the counter and confirmed my earlier phone quote. No signs were immediately visible stating the loyalty card program was suspended. Based on this information, Creamery Tire cheated me out of using my existing loyalty card balance and credit for todays purchase being counted towards a loyalty credit.

We purchased four (4) Nexen tires from Creamery Tires (Chalfont PA) on 9/16. The Creamery *** gave us a promo piece for an $80 rebate (attached). We completed the paperwork & submitted it with the required documents. We received an email response from ******* **** - ********* on 9/25 (attached) rejecting our claim, citing "Dealer is not part of qualifying rebate promotion". Incorrect- Creamery Tires is listed as a preferred dealer on Nexen web site (attached). We followed up with Creamery (***** -- ************), who was out sick, so we called again on 10/8. ***** gave us the number for Nexen *************). I spoke with ****** ***** (10/8), who said they "do not do rebates at all". It would be the tire supplier. I called Creamery again for the contact information. ***** called me back & said I should call US Auto Force ***************), which I did (Oct 8). I spoke with ******** at ************* (supplier) who put me on Hold. She returned to the call & said her "boss" (wasn't comfortable giving me their name) told her to tell me that Creamery has to be the one to give us the rebate since Creamery is part of the "Tire One" program. Since the "rejection" letter was sent by *********, I emailed ******* on 10/8, summarizing this & asking her to investigate. I didn't hear back from her. I called on 10/9 & left a voicemail for her, asking her to respond. I emailed her on 10/10, & ******* apologized, saying: "we are looking into this issue and will reach out when we know more". I then received the following email response on Oct 14 from ******* : "I just wanted to give you an update, we have escalated this to upper management, and they are looking into this for us. I'm hoping to have an answer for you soon, I will update you as I know more." I didn't hear so followed up again on Oct 21 & 23, at which time ******* said "my team is looking to Creamery Tires eligibility, and I will inform you as soon as I hear from them". It is now 10/30 & I've heard nothing since.

    Hello,

We're happy to report that, although we didn't hear back from this entity, we did hear back from Creamery Tires, which asked us to stop by to pick up our rebate check.

We appreciate any and all assistance you've given us to help us resolve this matter.

    Take care,
