    I am filing a complaint for my due date to be changed back back to the original due date on my contract, the 20th of every month. I previously changed it to the 5th of every month and was not made aware that I could NEVER change it back otherwise I would not have changed it. The late fees are racking up and I would like to take care of those and get my due date back to the original date so I can get my account current.

    I have email and made several attempts to get someone at FLAGSHIP Credit Acceptance customer services department. The social security number does not work because the account has been paid off and closed. I still need the discharge of lien. I have tried reaching out on the deader ship which they have transfer me back to customer services where NO ones picks up.

    Mishandled Voluntary Repossession Business Name: Flagship Credit Acceptance Account Type: Auto Loan Vehicle Return Requested: Voluntary Repossession (November 2024)Vehicle Retrieved: End of May 2025 In November 2024, I became unemployed and immediately contacted Flagship Credit Acceptance to report my financial hardship. I informed the company that I could no longer afford my car payments and requested a voluntary repossession. I also inquired about any hardship programs or deferral options, but made it clear I was not in a position to refinance.I was told that someone would follow up, but no one ever did. Over the next several months, I repeatedly called to ask when the vehicle would be picked up. Each time, I was told the process wasnt that simple and that internal steps were required but no progress was made. The only consistent communication I received was to ask whether I could make a payment.The vehicle was not retrieved until the end of May 2025 more than six months after my initial voluntary return request. By then, my account had been reported as delinquent and the repossession was classified as involuntary. This has severely impacted my credit, despite my efforts to resolve the issue proactively and in good faith.When I resumed employment, I again requested assistance. I was told I needed to make two full payments before I could be considered for a hardship program something that was not financially feasible given my reduced income. No alternative options were provided.Impact:My credit report now reflects an involuntary repossession and multiple missed payments, despite an early surrender request while still current.I am unable to qualify for a new vehicle loan.I currently have no access to transportation and have relied on costly rideshare services just to commute to work.The mishandling of my voluntary return has created long-term financial strain.

    A fraudulent auto loan was opened under my name with Flagship Credit Acceptance without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. I did not apply for any loan,never signed any paperwork, and never took possession of a vehicle. i only discovered the account while reviewing my credit report.I immediately contacted flagship & the 3 credit bureaus to dispute the loan and submit a formal fraud affidavit *** written documentation proving I was not the applicant. Despite this, Flagship has refused to remove the fraudulent account or provide any form of verification or documentation proving my involvement. They have also failed to respond in a timely or compliant manner under the ****. This account has seriously damaged my credit and caused undue stress and harship. I am demanding that Flagship Credit Acceptance immediately delete this account form all ********************** bureaus and confirm the closure in writing. If not resolved promptly, I will continue to escalate through federal agencies and legal action.

    Date of Issue is 5/29/2025. I paid a total of $14836.94. This vehicle was paid off 4/3/2025 with a quoted balance of ****** and Flagship is refusing to provide me with a letter of payoff, they are holding my title hostage, and they have failed to report it to credit companies as a paid off loan. The nature of the dispute is, they need to provide me my title or I am reversing the amount that I used to payoff the vehicle. The business has not tried to resolve the issue and this issue has been escalated several times. I have a recorded call stating that they made the mistake and that is why there is a lien on my title due to there mistake.

    I have late payments from FLAGSHIP CREDIT ACCEPT on my credit report. I have been on time for 99% of my payments. The months that report a late payment was due to an ACH payment issue with my bank and I was never notified about it. I would like to ask if upper management could submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payments.

    Company is overly aggressive with collecting and unwilling to make payment arrangements. They will only do 1 PER YEAR. With the economy that we're in, that's ridiculous. I have made ample please for some type of RELIEF and the company has repeatedly declined citing 1 per year.However the company calls CONSTANTLY every day MULTIPLE times a day all numbers on file. Even after speaking to the account holder and being explained the hardship. We have expressed several times and have showed a willingness to pay however flagship refuses to grant relief. Flagship has kicked me out of the online account and will not allow me to pay online, making me call in and speak to their aggressive, rude, unprofessional, **** who constantly bully, barrage, speak condescendingly to customers, and refuse to help. Why would you not allow a customer to pay online? When speaking to their ****, it's always a very unpleasant call and causes stress and heart palpitations because they are so rude.We have been making payments every month but because we can not pay the past due ALL AT ONCE, they keep us in REPO STATUS which makes it hard to go to work and do business with Flagship.

    I had a vehicle loan with flagship credit. The truck was stolen and then considered a total loss. My insurance paid and so did my gap insurance. Per the gap insurance company flagship gave them the wrong payoff amount per flagship they made no errors. This ended up leaving a small balance on the loan. I did not know about the balance and flagship gave me another auto loan. When I found out about the balance I called flagship they told me this account should have been sent to the insurance deficiencies department. However, it remained open was accruing interest and I had no idea. When I called to resolve it they took a payment of $2,500 and said they would consider it paid. However, they reported it to my credit as a settlement for less than the full amount on an auto loan. This looks like a repossession almost. In my opinion, as a courtesy, they should have waived the interest that the loan sat there and accrued for the past year and a half and then should have made me pay that remaining balance to report this as paid in full upon seeing how they reported it on my credit. I called flagship and offered to pay the remaining balance so I could get the settlement off of my credit. They refused to take payment and refuse to change how it is reported. As the consumer, I am the one getting hurt. When this is an insurance dispute, I'm willing to pay the difference to have the credit reporting changed or another alternative that flagship could do to take care of their prior customer is as a courtesy waive that interest at accrued then report the account as paid in full. My credit score was over 700 and is dropped to 618 with a settlement being reported on my credit.
