April 3rd, Devs Climb and Cut was contracted to remove our tree and grind the *****. He shows up only to add $300 to the price even before he started. We move forward and he removed the tree but left a huge pile of big logs, he was to remove the tree and haul away. He also dropped the first tree limb on our fence causing damage, never gave us his insurance information. Tried to hide the damage. About a2 weeks later he returned to grind the *****, he said it would be 8 inches below grade. He ground it and covered everything with the chips. Upon removing the chips, found the ***** was not ground down and it was about 10 inches above ground. Called him and after another week he came back to grind it down below grade when I was not home and again failed to grind it below grade. Covered it again with chips to hide his failure. Now Dev refuses to complete the job or provide insurance for the fence repair.

Its a lie. I did my job they posted multiple reviews. I came out for free and did them a favor. He asked me for another favor for free and I was too busy to do it and he got mad. I have multiple messages receipts invoices if the job wasnt done correctly I wouldve never got signed invoice, And paid infull. You can see in the pictures how they gave me multiple reviews and referrals and when they couldnt get something for free, they bashed me. Im taking him to court In filing a PFA he keeps harassing me.
