    "Took my boyfriends car there 3 different times for misfires, they charged him for parts that did not even fix the car (almost $4,000) in the end told him he still needed a new engine and that should stop the misfires, the lady in service had a terrible attitude didn’t want to answer my questions, when i tried to have the service manager resolve the problem 2 weeks he never followed up I called them almost everyday for 2 weeks straight when i asked to speak to the GENERAL MANAGER he was understanding at first but when I kept calling for updates he then said “what do you want me to do pay for a new engine i’m not doing that”, we’re still dealing with the car not being drivable and them not wanting to give any type of help said we need to go back to the ford we bought the car from in kentucky because they probably sold us a bad car (was bought 1 year ago no problems until now)?, overall terrible experience at this ford never ever have I been treated so bad at a car place!"
