    No money was involved as it was dealing with scheduling an appointment for my taxes to be dropped off. The next appointment was 4/13/24. I got silent and the lady on the phone said are you there and I said yea. I said I will just bring them tin. Can we make sure this time that it get direct deposited. The lady on the other end cut me off and started talking without letting me further explain why I made my statement or any further questions. I proceeded to say that I put my direct deposit on last year and it wasnt completed I received it by check. Then I went on to ask an another question and she cut me off and said you will be dropping your taxes off . I asked her not to cut me off as I have a question. I said can you have ****** wife call me and she took my number and that was the end of the call. ****** wife return my call and I started to ask my questions and she sent to to the front desk staff who she said could answer my questions. I waited for them to pick up my call and then I explained that maybe I spoke with her real and I was cut off when I was trying to ask my questions. As I began to ask my question she cut me off and stated that I needed to write it on paper and they will complete my taxes when I drop them off. I stated I will just ask for the tax preparation to call me before they get completed. And hung up. I get a call back from ***** stating that I he received 2 complaints from 2 ladies that I was being rude when I was. I tried explaining ti him that I was asking questions and he was cutting me me off as well and his girls would not answer them and he told me not to bring my taxes and drop them off. I called back to left a message with a lady to have ***** call me back and still have not received a call back to discuss how things fair when I was trying to as questions to his staff and they were cutting me off. I was not rude in any manner. By me saying I will put to have the tax preparation call me before doing the taxes is wrong or asking to have ****** wife call is wrong so now my taxes cant get done where I have had them done for years because of these 2 ladies were cutting me off. This is poor customer service.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. In the letter received, we do not have a *************************** on file, however,we do have a ******************************* with a phone number represented in the customer information.

    In regard to the issue at hand, the individual made several calls to request a tax appointment and was dismayed by the timeframe in which the appointment is scheduled.  During the tax season, our schedule is filled extremely fast by our customers.  Our staff have been working for years with our organization and have provided honest and upfront answers.  Very rarely do we receive staff complaints about customers. In this instance both of our office staff reported verbal abuse in regard to this individual.

    As a small business, we retain the right to deny service to any individual who is disrespectful to our staff, and we take the protection of our staff seriously.  While the individual is unhappy about not having tax preparation services at our firm, there are plenty of other firms she can pursue and no damages were done.
