    Do not recommend.Ignored two emails asking to cancel because I have Crohns and cannot consume my ordered items. ZERO communication from this company.

    Super sketchy business. I placed an order and received some beef fat that looked very questionable, and grey/brown in color. I sent a photo to the owner and asked if this color/smell/texture was normal - and he didn't ever responded. I replied a few days later, then a few weeks later, then one more time a week after that (in hopes it was a miscommunication) to see if there was a mistake or I could get some follow up. When I said I would be writing a one star review if I did not get follow up, the owner cancelled my pending order (that I had been waiting two weeks to ship) - still no response. Sketchy business practices. Buy from Route22 meats instead.

    I had been a repeat customer of ********************** Free ********************** Meat and previously had no issues. Unfortunately, my recent order arrived completely thawed and wet. The ***** driver acknowledged the condition and advised me to refuse the package, which I did.When I reached out to the company to resolve the issue, I was surprised by the response. Rather than offering support or a replacement, I received emails that were confrontational and included threats of legal action if I pursued a chargeback. I found the tone unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive for a customer trying to resolve a legitimate ********** disappointed by how this situation was handled and hope the business reconsiders its approach to customer service, especially for returning customers.

    Poor handling of perishable items and no accountability.I placed an order for perishable cheese from Frankies Free Range Meat, and it arrived after six days in transit. The package included only one ice pack, which was completely melted. The cheese was warm and no longer safe to eat.When I reached out, I was met with rigid policy language and was denied a refund or reshipment because I didnt email them within an hour of delivery. The owner, ***** ******, made it clear that customer satisfaction wasnt a priority.This kind of inflexible and dismissive response doesnt reflect a trustworthy business.

    As long as there are no issues with the product, everything is fine. But as soon as you have some problems like very bad quality of the beef or broken eggs and you reach out to frankies, you usually don't get a reply at all. If you are lucky to receive a reply the answers are always unprofessional and super rude. For someone who spends hundreds and hundreds of $ for orders, you would think that you will receive at least some good customer service. I am very disappointed in the team of frankies and will find someone else where I can buy my beef from. I hope this review will help your team to focus more on your customers and to appreciate people more who spend a lot of money for their food supplies.

    Ordered 6 dozen eggs from Frankies. The shipment arrived via ***** badly damage. 3 or the t dozen eggs were broken and unuseable. Frankies website said to send email and photos of damage, which I did. There is no phone number available to contact Frankies. Per the website, I sent 3 emails to the posted web address to report the problem. To date, no response from Frankies. The is no phone number available. Be aware of doing business with Frankies.

    Unethical Business *********************************** Dispute I ordered eggs from Frankies Free Range Foods for $46.21, but upon arrival, six were broken. Inside the package was a note stating, "Please reach out to us if the eggs are cracked." I followed their instructions, emailed them politely with photos, and received no response.After waiting for a reply, I escalated the issue to ******, requesting only a partial refund of $23 (covering the broken eggs + shipping). Frankies Free Range Foods never responded to ******, so the case was ruled in my favor, and I was refunded.After this, I received an unprofessional, threatening email from the owner falsely accusing me of theft and citing criminal charges. The email also doxxed my personal address to others, which is highly unethical and potentially illegal.This company ignored a legitimate quality issue, refused to communicate, and then resorted to harassment after a third-party resolution. Consumers should be aware of these practices before purchasing.

    What a disappointing experience. Thought I would try their beef bacon and found it sinewy, tough and impossible to chew. I had ordered 9 - 1lb packages and a lb of dog food in order to qualify for free shipping. Items received were well packaged and frozen. Unpacked the bacon and put aside one of the packages to defrost and prepare. I've had beef bacon before and this particular bacon wasn't too impressive. It was very chewy and sinewy and difficult to chew, but I thought maybe it was just this one package. Took out another package and defrosted it cooked that up this morning and it was tougher than the first package. Rather than continuing to open packages and be disappointed I contacted *******'s via email in their customer service department and explained to them The issue I was having. I mentioned that I still had the freezer box and I would be happy to send this back to them so they could try it and see what I was talking about. The first response I got was nothing more than a correction from a misunderstanding from my email. They offer raw beef bacon and smoked beef bacon. In my letter I mentioned that I bought the raw because my husband has a smoker and he already smokes some of our meat, and that's why I bought what I did. The first response was you didn't get smoked beef bacon you got raw. I never said I did get the smoke to beef bacon but if they had bothered to read my letter they could have discerned that but they were defensive. Anyway I recontacted them and said look I agree with you I got the raw bacon nonetheless it is impossible to chew I'm not faulting you I'm saying perhaps it's the cow but before I go any further I would like to see what your policy is on returns. The response was I am a first time customer they're not going to be interested in handling any kind of return. Well I can tell you what I am now is a last time customer. The food wasn't good but their customer service was worse. It was downright rude.

    I had a very horrible experience with ************************* (*******'s free range meat owner). I've recently received my order, which mas missing 2 expensive items. I contacted *******'s to resolve the situation, but ***************************** just played "dumb" tactics with me and did not send the missing items or reimbursed my money. In the end, he ended up keeping the money and products. I consider this full-blown theft. Be careful when ordering from this company or dealing with *************************. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company again. Hope this helps.
