    Slum lord all around bad character. Beware. Choose to preform a self help eviction buy turning off the electricity and saying he needed to work on circuit breaker box. 2 weeks later and after filing an injuction with the courts to have the electricity turned back on I found that he had also had the water turned off by the water company. After filing another injunction with the courts to have water turned back and having to stay at a different location because of no power, no water, no sewage come to find out and no hot water either because of the power outage the hot water tanks was off and locked out of the location it was in **************** never did follow through turning it back on. So while I lived somewhere only visiting the location when I could to get together my items I was able to retrieve I find that picture were taken of the mess that was left behind of items that had rotted because of his choice to turning of electricity, water, sewage and then a breach of landlord/ tenant confidentiality was broken when my full name was plastered all over the internet for all too see while I have a pfa/ no contact order in place for my safety. I was no longer safe to even go to the location. Beware if you choose to use his services or rent property because if he is willing to do this to a single mom he will do shady stuff to anyone.

    These lies does not really justify a responds. There is proof that she asked to have the utilities transferred into her name. I can not control that she made her children go without water or electric. The injunctions were thrown out because they were lies and frivolous. She was evicted by the constable because a legal eviction took place for none payment of rent. I do not know where she moved to. So there is no way to contact to her to collect the possessions she left when the constable changed the locks.

    ****** expected to live for free, myself and the courts would not allow that. ****** is responsible for everything that happened in her life. She did not think she needed to pay rent, or even take her garbage out to the curb. I received citations from the township that she would not pay even though it was 100% he fault and responsibility. If she was concern over her and her children, she should pay her rent.
