Ive done business with this company for more than 2 decades. I now refuse to spend another ***** here and I will tell you why. They have decent tires at a decent price, however, their service center is FAR LESS THAN DESIRABLE. I spent approx $1400 there on my suspension and brakes for inspection of 2020. The $1400 does NOT include tires- INSPECTION ONLY. Since then, less than ****** **************** passed, I have replaced both control arms and a tie rod/ball joint (at another garage) that they "replaced" and charged me for my 2020 and 2021 inspections. I have all of the receipts to prove it. My "e-brake" was repaired/replaced in 2020 for inspection and just a month and 1/2 ago it (the e-brake pad) literally fell off into my tire and brake and locked up my back tire costing me an additional $260+ to fix again ($130 in 2020) not 18 months later. When braking free the corroded e brake pad it crumbled into piecesFind out last week that this $260 repair was a load of c*** and my e-brake is 100% useless and DOESN'T even WORK AT ALL..that's after being replaced/repaired TWICE by the same garage. I've never had to replace an e-brake on a vehicle - much less twice- and never by any friends or colleagues twice in the same 18 months. WHAT IF THERE WERE A TRUE EMERGENCY ????? IF THEY'RE ACTUALLY even doing the majority of work theyre claiming and are itemizing and charging me for, then that means they're putting utter garbage on my vehicle. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE at any cost. Women BEWARE!!! ps ...I don't suspect that any man that works here would have their wife's vehicle serviced at the garage at butler tires for less on Rt ************************* in butler **.
