    I was introduced to Keystone Financial Group through ****** FIND program. From the start, I was transparent that I am currently enrolled in school. During my intake interview, I explained my career background and past employment history, and I was told I was a perfect fit for Prudentials Advisors Program.I successfully completed their background check and credit history review. I had already passed the *** exam and was preparing to take my Life, Accident, and Health exam the following week. Throughout this process, I never missed a meeting, attended all trainings, and stayed fully engaged with the program.Despite this, I was later told in a general conversation that I was no longer a good fit because of my school enrollment, even though I had stated multiple times that I was able to commit to the required 40 hours per week. At no point did my education interfere with my responsibilities, and I made it clear I could meet all program expectations.What is most disappointing is the way this situation was handled. I had already invested significant time and effort and was close to completing my licensing. To have my opportunity in Prudentials Advisors Program ended solely because I am pursuing my education feels unfair and discouraging. Additionally, I found my interaction with ***** ******** to be unprofessional. He spoke to me in a condescending manner regarding my schooling, which I felt was unnecessary and **************** the end of the day, I even have more education than he does, which makes the way I was treated feel even more unprofessional and unjustified.
