    This business took $170 and promised a refund that never came. I have since been blocked by them on all social media and my phone number.

    I Purchased tickets to the lost highway and motorcycle Show and concert at Poconos park for may 17 2024. The show was cancelled And in the cancellation email it said that our ticket prices would be refunded within thirty days. I still have not received the refund and when I contact the venue and the ticket holder, Their stories do not match up and there is no date for my Refund or no information from either. Meanwhile , I have an email which I attached that I will receive my refund by JUNE 13 2024. I have contact them over 10xs with no luck. I want my full refund back since I did not receive services.

    This business sold me $175 worth of concert tickets, only to cancel concert with 4 days notice, and promised a refund within 30 days. It has been 37 days no refund.

    Attended a taco fest which advertised over 20 taco vendors. When arrived only 7 vendors were at festival. We waited online at a taco truck for 30 minutes and the taco truck ran out of food. Attempted to wait on another line, but that vendor stated they were almost out of food as well. Spoke with the box office at time of festival, they apologized and said a lot of the vendors never showed up. They told me they would provide a refund however only $2.36 was refunded. Total amount paid for four people just to enter the festival was $81.16.

    I am reaching out to tell you that a refund was issued yesterday for the amount of $78.80.  When ****** received the first refund for $2.36 on the day of the event at the ********** she was supposed to receive the full amount of $81.16.  Thank you for bringing this to my attention so we could catch the mistake and adjust to her full refund.  So with her $2.36 refund she received on May 4 and the $78.80 she received on May 14th she has her full refund of $81.16.
