Refunds will be available in full or in part if the Trainer, Owner, and/or Dog(s) are unable to perform due to extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to: client unexpectedly moves out of the area before training begins, client no longer has the dog before training begins, Trainer determines the dog is not a good candidate for our training program during the first lesson.
