    No at all happy with snap-on… I bought a compressor from them and 1 month later my snap-on guy Mark quit all 5 trucks routs. Snap-on is not filling the spot.( been a year) I have had what look to be like a regional manager or something and the “new guy” to start. I have heard that story about 3 times now. So when it’s time to pay my bill or even get some oil and a filter because NAPA doesn’t sell it. It wasn’t a problem when I had a NICE CONVENIENT WAY TO PAY when my snap-on guy came. So they want you to get on the phone and call sit on the phone wile your customers what to get there vehicle back and they run up your bill without calling you! No auto pay lol
    I spoke with Michael with Snap-on DEFINITELY NOT NICE AND NOT HELPFUL. She asks for you card number then when it goes through she hangs up not treating you like a customer at ALL. I used to like Snap-on tools but the way they are going it’s not going to be good I think… Harbor Freight’s warranty program is the same and Icon has the letters and numbers the same even the polish is the same and for 1/3 of the price kinda ridiculous.
    A great advice I can give you is to SAVE YOUR MONEY DON’T waste it on companies that don’t stand behind there products or service!! I hope this help some people specially in the Ohio area.
