We paid for the Gold inspection package and didn't get the services we paid for. Within months of moving into our new home, we have incurred almost $200,000 worth of damages that should have been documented in the inspection report. The actual inspection report shows picture evidence of some of their negligence with their own pictures showing items of concern, but not documented in the inspection report. It shows the water supply valve with blue lines underneath showing evidence of leaking. It also shows our jetted tub with the jet missing, but not documented in the inspection report. The inspector assured us the roof was in good condition. According to the inspection report, the inspector did not go on the roof due to its height. We have a ranch home. If he would have looked at the roof, he would have noticed that the roof, chimney, and skylights were all in need of urgent repair and replacement. This is just another example of the negligence on their part. Also, of note, the inspector showed up before our appointment time, and met with the sellers of our home without us. We trusted this company to do a thorough inspection of our home, which they did not. Now months later after contacting them, they have still yet to take any responsibility for their negligence.
