    Horrible still waiting for my refund/credit of over 1 k in product. This has been ongoing since March 2024. They do NOT answer phone calls. Still on hold for over hour. I have not been able to speak with anyone via phone since August. ***** (the only contact) who was handling my returns and has received my product several months ago kept saying she was waiting on the "finance department" to approve and refund. Still to no avail, NO contact since. Only able to once contact a virtual person who confirmed my "credit" but I am not able to process it now. THIS COMPANY used to be fabulous. NOW IT IS HORRENDOUS! DO NOT purchase from them, you may never get your product or be able to get your refund/credit. I was given the run around until their online " refund policy" was not valid anymore. This was their neglect . I believe the company is probably in bankrupsy after the owner's passing. Such a shame, however, I am a small company and do not have money to give this company just for nothing. Any advice/ assistance is welcome. I will be posting the correspondence online, I have waited to do this to give them a chance to refund or give me product for the credit in my account.

    I knew ************** had some bad reviews but I decided to try them out for one set of costumes. Huge mistake. The costume ship date kept getting pushed back (without them informing me) and when I decided to cancel my order, they said they'd refund me since they couldn't honor the ship date. I've called and emailed many times only to be told the customer service reps have contacted management about my refund and I should have it in two weeks. It's been over a month and still no refund. One of the reps I spoke to today said I should dispute this with my bank because ************** doesn't have the money to refund me. She said this happens often. I then asked if this doesn't work, who would I contact. She said I wouldn't be able to talk to management because they can only be contacted through a private email by their customer service reps. **** aren't allowed to share that info with the customers. So there is NO ONE I can talk to who can help get my money back.
