1 starI returned four Lenox "dessert" bowls on June 12; customer service confirmed their return from their order number. I also have a receipt for my *** shipping transaction.But despite numerous calls to their customer service and even an email to their CEO, I haven't been repaid the $53 I'm owed.Why the cheapskate behavior?Future customers of ********************: BEWARE!!!!Review fromRee K

1 starVery shocking experience I had with customer service team regarding a recent order placed on ************************. I spoke with two different representatives (******* and ******** both located in *******, **) in an attempt to correct an urgent shipping address error shortly after placing my order.Both ******* and ******** abruptly dismissed my concern, offered no meaningful support, and showed zero initiative in trying to find a solution or escalate the issue internally. Instead, I was given rigid policy responses and told there was nothing they could do with a very nasty tone of voice. When I called back they all said they work at the same place and all started to hang up on me, none offering any solution. Their lack of engagement, unwillingness to troubleshoot, and cold delivery reflected a serious failure in basic customer care. At no point did either agent make an effort to reassure, suggest alternatives, or take responsibility for ensuring I wouldnt be left without a resolution. The tone and overall experience left me feeling ignored, disrespected, and unvalued as a *********** someone who has shopped with ******************** in the past and trusted the brand for its quality, I am appalled that this is the standard of customer service being allowed under this brands name. Based on this experience, I no longer feel confident ordering from Lenox again and will be discouraging others from doing so.Both ******* and Jennifers handling of this case should be reviewed internally for follow-through, tone, and professionalism. They left a very bad taste in my mouth and bad image for this brand I no longer want to shop for this brand anymore. My disappointment stems not only from poor service, but from a complete absence of effort or human consideration. 1 starLenox discriminates against Canada blatantly. I bought the Lenox Spice Village and paid for it using my Canadian Mastercard. My step dad lives in ******* and I was having him drive back with it, as he is coming to see me at the end of the summer. He was going to bring me the Spice set for my birthday and they cancelled it after I have waited several years for it. How absolutely disgusting customer service and not even just that but completely ignorant, and unjustifiable. Revolting way to treat any customer especially since I am actually British but just live in ******. Credit cards are meant to be used internationally and its fraudulent to cancel an order because the credit card and shipping address are different. Seems extremely underhanded and a company like Lenox is deliberately cancelling orders if they are being paid for by Canadians. They support the US which is very telling and exclude Canada on purpose and it shows how far ******* has plummeted. What a complete disgrace. Lenox you are not what you use to be and it shows. This is not the **** of a high end company but a company that has no scruples, class or respect for its customers. Instead they are making it as difficult as possible and seem to delight in disappointing customers whos orders had already gone through. There is no reason for this other than discrimination to Canadians over Americans. Maybe the US isnt the only country that needs to be boycotted by Canadian consumers. Lenox as a company needs to be looked into for the way they are operating. Credit card companies should be aware that they are cancelling payments once they have lawfully gone through. I have never heard of a company being allowed to discriminate accepted credit cards on the basis of where you are living. They are going out of their way to make a statement and I think they should be shown up for the way they are choosing to conduct themselves. Prejudice isnt attractive in any way shape or form. 1 starI placed an order for the Lenox Spice Village set on their official website and received a confirmation number. Everything seemed fine until I was abruptly toldwithout warningthat my order was under internal review and ultimately canceled. I was never contacted beforehand, and I only found out because I reached out to them.Their response was vague and unhelpful, citing general reasons like fraud prevention and account misuse with no explanation of what specifically applied to me. I have no history of issues, and my payment and account information were completely valid. When I asked for more information, I received another canned reply offering no clarity or path forward.Whats worse is that Ive now seen multiple other people online report this exact same experience with the Spice Village setorders confirmed and then quietly canceled with no real justification. It feels like they oversold or mismanaged inventory, and instead of owning it, theyre hiding behind a generic internal review excuse.This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better transparency and customer service from a brand like ********************. 1 starThe product I ordered in December 2024, did not have out of order online description. When I called in January 2025, they admitted that the product not only is not available but they did not know when would be back on stock. When I called in March, they said that they cancelled my order. The item may be available in August2025. When I asked for *** to order it for me with the same sales price at the time I ordered in Dec 2024 it was rejected. I asked for manager to speak to, they put me on hold for few minutes and hang up on me twice. The customer service ***resentatives name was *******. Very rude, unprofessionalsI requested an email to get in touch with East Cost Director, follow up twice via email and this is a second week I am still waiting on the email address. Called 800 number , the lady on the other side is super mean .. First she said I have balance prior need to pay first . This is the first time I ordered from Lenox . 1 starEgregious amount of time for a simple refund on a product that was neither ship nor manufactured at the time of my cancellation. Had to perform all the legwork on my own asking them after my efforts and realizing they had done nothing for almost a month. These are the jobs that are going to be replaced with AI because once AI makes a mistake, it takes a very, very basic person to put it back on track and one has customer service back on track. Places Ive had better service:********* Cellphone Kiosks Chinese Buffet with unfortunate language barriers Used Tire Shops Vending machine that took my money and I walked away from it because it wasnt $300+ like I paid to Lenox. I will never recommend buying from them and I will consider it an insult if anyone suggests it. Regarding the service I received - if I had given it at my job, Id be fired so fast my head would spin - I hope the same for those in places of management at this company after reading all of these similar reviews of dissatisfaction.Review fromSidney D

1 starStay away from this place, they have the worst customer service. Employees are useless, can't helped or answered your questions. The only thing they do is sent you their link so you can read and figure it out on your own. 1 starI ordered a 20 piece fine flatware set from lenox corporation. Its my first time ordering with them. I noticed right after ordering that ****** sells the same set for $40 cheaper at $137 compared to the 171 i paid with them. So i immediately called within 1-2 minutes after purchasing to cancel my order after talking to them via chat as well and they told me to call, to be told by their *** via phone on 9/10 that i had to wait at least 30 minutes to cancel because it takes them ********************************** their system. I told her I would call first thing the next morning to cancel and request my order refund in which the *** said "fine". I also emailed them asking if they price matched. I got a response this morning of: "thank you for your recent email. I am sorry we do not price match" with a closing paragraph on their office hours and how to contact them. I called them as I stated I would and got a very rude woman on the phone who confirmed when I asked if my order had been processed yet, she said NO it had not been yet but refused to cancel my order. She also stated that I would have had to have called 15 minutes after my order to cancel (which I DID) and I pointed out that is NOT in their return policy nor anywhere on their site. I find it odd they dont refund and uphold 15 minute policies not displayed on the site for consumers and each *** is giving me very different answers. I notified her I would be contacting my bank and filing a claim as since my order is not processed nor shipped. She told me she doesnt care and would fight it with the bank. I contacted ********** immediately who did put in my claim and also noted their policy does NOT mention any 15 minute call policy anywhere and the item has not been shipped yet so it shouldve been refunded. While filing my claim I again pinged their chat again about this only to be told the phone *** put notes on my account refusing. **********************************************************Review fromClaire L

1 starAbsolute rubbish customer service from ********************. Ordered Lenox china via Amazon and the items keep coming smashed up. Amazon redirects to Lenox and Lenox customer service refuses to help. The girl on the phone says you can ****** Amazon contact us if you want to reach them. Absolute s*** service. Will not be buying from Lenox again and will be telling everyone I know to avoid them.
