    purchased a ************************************** September of 2023 on October 27th i sent a text to a salesman stating my engine light came on, my battery was replaced but the car was still acting weird took it to get codes read and code cam up for camshaft sensor in which the car dealer ordered the part and had me sign paperwork for the part and i was told i would be called within 3 days but i never received a call and now a month had gone by and the car started getting worse. I asked for a copy of the paper work in which i signed for the part and also the paperwork the car was inspected and the dealer wouldn't give that paperwork either. I was referred to a mechanic by a salesman name ************************* and the mechanic has now had my car since December 2023, the care dealer needs to be held accountable for this as another salesman clearly stated "someone let the ball drop on this". I would like some kind of monetary reimbursement as im still making monthly payments on a vehicle that is still sitting at the mechanic. I have filed a complaint against the mechanic shop as well as they are ignoring my calls and not giving an explanation as to why my car isn't completely fixed and in running condition

    On October 14th I was at the dealership looking for a car. I was sold a gmc terrain with an agreement of me fixing a timing chain, unfortunately it was more than the timing chain that needed fixed they car actually needed a new engine. The worker ************************* signed me up for a warranty that stated I would be able to get it fixed with a payment of $300 a month. I took the car to the shop called ****** he directed me to being told I was going to get a loaner I never got the loaner and I dropped the car off 6 days after purchase. Now today I still have no car or loaner and ************************** and American auto solutions has not been helpful and now avoiding me. Once I expressed this frustration to others they explained how this lot is known for selling carscwith more problems than they will tell you and how ******* the salesman that helped me is highly known for going to different car lots and selling cars that have many problems now I took a loss on the car and money and they are trying to help me . They just keep saying it will be ready this day or this day and its never ready.

    On the provided date by customer , customer was declined for a car at the dealership after many tries with the banks and in house . Customer was told that they cannot be approved by American Auto Solutions LLC and was sent away . Customer contacted third party advertiser ************************* Owner of * **** Auto Loans and made the purchase from him . Customer was not sold the vehicle by ********************** , this customer has no relation to our business please remove this complain off of our profile . We take our customer's concerns very serious and take every step required to satisfy our customers . In this case we are unable to do anything because this customer has no relation to **********************, however in effort to make sure customer is still taken care of we reached out the owner of ***** Auto Loans ************************* and he verified the customer was issued a full refund and this was also confirmed with the customer . Please remove this complaint off of our records so we can continue to serve our customers to best of our abilites

    The salesperson stole my car signed my title and privately sold my car to the same dealership he worked for. They withheld my tags and never gave me money toward my trade in or is it on my car loan. The tires all popped within a week due to nails in the tires. He lied about replacing them. When I called police for receiving stolen proterty aka my trade in they gave me my plates. Still don't know what my trade in value was exactly. He told me 4k but they said I owed 1200$ until police was called. I don't owe anymore and got my plates but no cash for my trade in value.

    *** ******** ********** was referred to us by ******* *****, an Independent Referral source . ******* ***** has no affiliation with American Auto Solutions and is not a salesperson of American Auto Solutions . We still make sure our customers are not being taken advantage of by third parties and have thorough conversations with our customers . These steps were also taken for *** ********** and along the process she was repeatedly asked if she had a trade in Vehicle which she said NO to everytime we asked  .She sold the mentioned vehicle to ******* ***** without our knowledge and that car was sold to us by ******* ***** who is not a Salesperson of American Auto Solutions and has no affiliation with American Auto Solutions LLC. We have provided *********** the contact information for ******* ***** and also have contacted ******* ***** who informed us that the matter is resolved between the two parties .

    I purchased my car the beginning of October. I been having trouble with my car since I first got it. It was smoking, I had to turn around for them to fix it and my car was in the shop for over a month. I got my car back and literally a month later my car stopped on the highway, now my mechanic telling me I need a new engine and "******* **** ******" that American Auto Solutions deals with was supposed to put the engine in and now the warranty company telling me that they can't cover it. I'm scared for my safety to drive the vehicle because the front of my car was smoking. The car wasn't going the speed limit and I could have got hit which is a safety issue.

    On July 18,2021 I bought a car from American Auto in Bristol PA. The car price was $10,000 I gave $3500.00 down payment and car ending up pricing at almost $17,000 BAD BUSINESS going way over my limit. I bought this car and was given a warranty that never covered anything on this vehicle. In November 2021 4 months after buying the car I had an issue with the car would not drive past 30 miles. I took it to American Auto they check it and said my braking system need to be fix and was charging me $500.00 to fix. At this point I was not paying that for a car I only had 4 months it’s no way I damaged the braking system. Not fixing the braking system caused more issues with my brakes and rotors being replaced way before time! Brandon the sales person promise to get me out this car in December 2021. It never happen he told me to hold out to Spring 2022 it never happen. At this point I’m stuck in this car that was never reliable from the beginning and they knew this. So many promises and text messages from Brandon about placing me in a better reliable car and til this day it never happen. This car has been parked for 6 months and every month I make my payment on a car that I can not drive. I’m a single mother of 5 and to be dealing with this has caused such depression in my life. I’m paying $340.00 a month on a car I can not drive without jumping it. I have a jump box in the car because since December 2022 the car need to be jumped to start. It’s not the battery I took it to a mechanic and yea it’s a electric problem. At this point I’m exhausted and overwhelmed on how this sakes person put me in a car that was never reliable to begin with having full coverage for a car that’s useless!!! I have triple A and used up my service already with this problematic car. Please help me I was sold a lemon I need to get out this I can no longer keep making payments this car had been a nightmare and the Sales person ******* awful selfish and does not care for his customers! Help please

We want nothing short of a comfortable and safe experience for our customers when they buy Vehicles from us . **************** was brought to us as a customer from one of our lead providers ************************* , Every customer we get no matter the source  we ensure that the customer is comfortable with their purchase and explain the financials thoroughly and ensure that they understand their contract by pointing out the numbers on the screen while they sign .

    We make sure our customers have taken a test drive alone and have checked out the car to their satisfaction before leaving the lot, and that same process was followed for *************** . Like every customer that walks in we make sure they are protected even after leaving the lot with extended warranties to cover for their big components such as engine and transmission.

    *************** reached out to us after four months regarding the issue with her breaks , per diagnoses it was determined that the vehicle was not properly maintained , since breaks are part of normal wear and tear and regular maintenance it caused extended damage .Normal wear and tear is not covered by the extended warranties since it focuses on the big components such as Engine and transmission .

    As per the promise made by the third-party *************************, we are not responsible for the agreement that she had with them. ************************* does not represent American Auto Solutions as a sales person in any legal documents as he is affiliated with multiple used car dealerships in the area for providing quality leads. We do not make any promises as American Auto Solutions to take cars back as trade ins in any given time frame.

    We understand ***************** frustration and wish that she had made a decision on getting the work done for her breaks while the time was right , we have not heard from *************** since then . It has been over 1 year and 3 months since we lost heard from *************** regarding her issue .

    We take priority as a company in making sure our customers are taken care of the issues they get with cars within the 30 days , as a company we were not able to help since it was past our promised time .

    On 10/21/22 their was a guy name ******* that sold me a car with the check engine light on. The car was never inspected fully before being sold. Then on 1/16/2022 as I was traveling to the dealership to get my aunt a car my car began acting up. I had to put my car in neutral at a stop light in order for the car to stop and not proceed pass the red light. When I stated this to ******* he stated I wouldn't get in this **** either. I told him that lucky my daughter wasn't in there. They stated that their is a warranty on the vehicle but it doesn't cover anything. The dealership isn't trying to get me a new vehicle. They want me to pay for insurance and car payments for a car that I'm not driving. This is very dangerous because I almost hit 2 cars and a tractor trailer.

    On 12/22/2022 I leased a vehicle from this business and they gave me a car with the tire pressure light on and they gave me a car without the inspection sticker on which can jeopardize me getting pulled over by police.

    I purchased a vehicle from American Auto Soloutions around June 15-20 2022 which broke down less then two weeks later they attempted to fix the vehicle and returned it to me almost 2 months later still inoperable. One of the managers then attempted to send me to a mechanic and told me to misinform them about the motor that they had tried to replace with the warranty I purchased. I didn't even have to say anything to the mechanic he already knew the car was no good he told me who "who ever I purchased the vehicle from should loose their dealer license" he also said the amount of money it would cost to fix the car is worth way more then the value of the vehicle and they should give me a new car. I explained this to them and they've done nothing but give me the run around and Inconvenience me. They also gave me a "loaner car" which broke down as well. I lost my job because I didn't have reliable transportation I'm a struggling single mom and idk what to do at this point

    The sale was completed on 06/15/2022
    Customer test drove the vehicle ,and find no faults with the vehicle 
    Customer then decided to proceed to purchase the vehicle 

    Vehicle back to dealership 

    customer brought the vehicle back to the dealership later and complains about the small things on the vehicle .
    We took the vehicle and gave customer a loaner vehicle so their normal life routine is not disturbed
    After the repairs were done  vehicle was given back .

    What we fixed while we had the vehicle 

    We sent the vehicle to a  repair shop , a head gasket was done on the vehicle and our dealership paid for it 
    That repair job came with 12/12000 miles warranty on it 
    Our dealership paid out of pocket about $4000 
    Throughout the whole repair process she had our loaner vehicle ,just to make sure she is able to get around 
    When she picked up the vehicle she returned our loaner vehicle with the back glass broken,and approximately 5 driving violations on the vehicle and we are still receiving them from ** **** etc 
    We are at big loss because we helped her   

    Customer called recently complaining about the car again 

    We just recently received a phone call from the customer that vehicle has a problem 
    we told her the following
    Her recent repair has the warranty on it from the shop ( *********************** ********************** Bristol PA ******** ) 
    She also has a 1 year extended warranty 

    She needs to bring the vehicle to this shop and it will be taken care of and she hasn't gotten towed
    We are waiting for her to get the car towed to this shop and get the vehicle properly diagnosed and fixed for her

    This place sold me this lemon and make excuse to fix the car or call me back. All they care about is money and not their customers worst mistake of my life coming here !!!

    We see that ******** purchased a 2016 ******************* from us on 04/27/2022

    Vehicle had 81k miles only and ran perfect

    it passed state inspection from a 3rd party which shows that vehicle had absolutly no issues

    We recently recieved a call from the customer which is after almost 4 and half months later

    they state that vehicle has a check engine light and we told them to take it to mechanich of their choice

    We sell every car with 30 days warranty with us on all major components

    Resolution

    We encourage that customer bring the vehicle back to us and give us the opportunity to fix the check engine light

    We will take care of their half of the bill

    or

    They can take it to the mechanic of their choice and call us with estimate prior to fixing it

    as long as its reasonable price we will pay half

    happy and satisfied customers are our #1 priority

    we will do whatever we can to make this customer happy

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I didn’t buy this car they car I bought was a 2014 ******** *** with over 140,000 miles on it. Also I’ve brought the car back multiple times to get fixed as promised and still didn’t get fixed. I reach out multiple times they texts and calls. Most of my messages were not answered and when they were I was told the all the problems would be sick and they would call me back with a time and date when this would happen. The car never got inspection and parts that were supposed to be replace within a week after buying it didn’t. I left the car with them for a week they told me they fix most of the problems but when I picked it up nothing was fix and I’ve been fixing and paying out of pocket.
