            I hired the company to put in whole house air and have never had it before. I did tell them that I might have questions and the owner assured me that he would answer any and all questions that I had. After the whole house air was put in, my air conditioner froze up. I was told that they forgot to tell me that they don't put freon in it until May. I have two huskies and a rabbit at home which causes me to keep my house cooler than maybe some others. I finally got the freon put in and turned it on and it was not turning cooler. When I called back to inquire why, I was called stupid and told that I only want to cause problems. They refused to answer the phone after that. It was supposed to have a three-year warranty so I inquired if I needed to have it looked at this year and they refused to answer any other questions or even reach back out to me.
