    Received two twin beds (identical items) that did not match in color or finish. When we finally unboxed them to set up our kids room, we noticed and contacted Plank + Beam. They refused refund, offering instead a store credit if we showed photo proof of donating the items. We expressed that store credit was not ideal, as we were concerned there would be more quality control items. We donated the beds right away, as asked, and provided a photo of the receipt. It has now been 3 days and we will still have not received the store credit. Therefore, we cannot purchase beds for our children. They insisted we donate the beds and are now withholding our money. Wed like an immediate refund.

    Do not purchase from this store I oder 4 dining chairs and I called them right alway and they are refusing to give me a refund. Be really careful. Again do not purchase anything from this place Plank and Beam

    Terrible. I ordered a table set and 4 extra chairs. Two of the table planks are damaged and two legs. I have emailed 3 times and called numerous time and after a week still have not gotten to speak with customer service or have been offered to ship replacement parts. I would like to put my table that I bought and paid for together. This is robbery.

    Poor quality table and horrible customer service experience. My black dining table arrived damaged with multiple scratches on the surface and edge of the table top, rendering it unusable. After pleading with them, they were still unwilling to waive the return shipping fees and charged me $48.72. The customer should never have to pay to return an item that arrived damaged. Period. The quality is cheap more like plastic manufactured wood I would never purchase from this company again.

    I ordered a entryway table and I immediately realized I ordered the wrong version of the product. I asked to cancel the order within minutes. They didn't respond for days, and they responded right AFTER they loaded my item on the truck and now refuse to cancel my order. Their customer service is a joke

    Ordered a coffee table and it arrived quickly. Looks pretty but construction was bad. The bottom was uneven, the middle bar was too high making the table very wobbly and the finish was extremely soft, after just a few days its got numerous marks and scratches. I left an unflattering review on their website and they deleted it.

    HORRIBLE! We got a dining room table from them. It looks nice, but if you set so much as a glass of water on it- it leaves a **** that will not come off. I contacted them about returning the table (as weve only used a few times) and they said no. They recommend anytime we set stuff on the table, use a coaster??!! Who uses coasters on a dining room table? Ridiculous! Im SO disappointed!

    Sent a broken product. Have been emailing them for three weeks with two emails back asking for a picture (sent about five times) and to identify the broken piece - unclear what game they are playing but if someone just read my request for a broken piece to be replaced there would be no issue. It's been three weeks. My credit card has been contacted. Would NEVER order from this company again!!! Horrendous customer service and defective product
