I agree with previous complaints, they claim to give 'free returns'. I have emailed 6 times asking for the address to return. They tell me to donate them and send a receipt to them for a refund. This is not an option for me. I just want to return these shoes that are not comfortable to me. Also, one place says 'If after 45 days, you are still not satisified, contact us for a full refund'. Another place says 'No refunds after 45 days.' ????Customer Answer

Their refund policy offers a refund if they are donated to a charity. I have done that and sent them the required information. I'll wait a few wees to see if they will refund my money and let you know.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from them. One pair was to big and Im trying to return that pair and receive a smaller pair. However I have responded to there and emails and refuse there offer of keeping the pair and receive 30% off a new order. Since I have refused I have not received a email since. I ordered these received them wore around my house. They killed my planters faciitis while walking. My foot kept sliding to the top of the shoe. I have sent 3 separate emails telling them. I want my money refunded to the original payment and they keep offering me a 30% refund when getting another pair or replacing the pair. I said no I want my money back. I ordered a pair of shoes on 4/22/25. They do not fit properly, so I immediately wrote asking to return them. They have negotiated with me in four separate emails with the following offers:Exchange the shoes Receive 30% refund of my full purchase amount.Receive a gift card for your site equal to the original order amount.Receive a free pair of my preference "Choose a different size or style, and well send it to you at no cost."I keep stating that I just want them to tell me where to ship the shoes and honor the Money Back Guarantee on their website. I bought comfort wear shoes because I saw a ad on ******** saying that a nurse created them for people who are on their feet all day. The ad said that they were returnable if I wasn't satisfied. I received my shoes and tried them for a day. The heals were tall and made my feet slide and put presure on the ***** if my feet. They were very painful. They also where very hard to get on because the tops are tight and made of a cloth material. I've asked repeatedly for a refund and they advertised that they are eligible for one but they will not give it to me. These people can't keep getting away with this.Initial Complaint

Comfortwear shoes are made of extremely cheap materials. I want a refund, but comfortwear refuses. Comfortwear replies with offers of refunding 30% of my money and they say I should try the shoes out for 45 more days. I have sent three or four emails about refunding my money but each time comfortwear responds with a stalling email or a rediculous offer in leau of returning my money.Customer Answer

*******, I received another stalling tactic from Confort Wear on May 15, 2025. Here is what Comfort Wear said in their email:

To facilitate your refund and ensure the shoes find a purposeful use, I suggest returning them to one of the donation centers operated by The **************. This organization provides vital support to those in need, and your contribution can make a significant difference.
You can easily locate your nearest ************** Thrift Store by entering your zip code on their website: ********************************.
However, if getting to a ************** center is difficult, you also have the option to donate to a local donation center. Simply provide proof of donation, such as the donation slip they provide, for a refund.
After you have donated your shoe, please provide proof of donation with the donation slip they provide. This will allow us to expedite the refund process for you promptly.

I think this is ridiculous behavior on the part of Comfort Wear. This shows they really do not care. Who knows if they would give me my money back if I did what they told me to do? I don't think so. I think it would be another stalling tactic. What a terrible way to do business.

I purchased shoes with the assumption that if they don't fit they can be returned for a full refund. I emailed the company within the ***************************** their return policy, and I was offered a 30% refund. When I insisted on a full refund, I was given the option of donating the shoes or getting a gift certificate. I again asked for a refund. When I did not get a timely response, I called their "customer service " line. The agent was belligerent and rude. She eventually sent me a return label to return the shoes. I will attempt to make the return, but based on ithers complaints, I doubt I will get a refund. This company is deceitful & should not be in business.
