              Earl Wenz is my landlord we have a lease which specifies washer and dryer. We moved in in December with the promise of 2 weeks for washer and dryer, new refrigerator, donee dishwasher, and w floors resurfaced in living room and gas fire place fixed so it’s not falling out of the wall( I have a 18 month old son) which I blocked off with an extra bed and proped up with cinder blocks. We are paying for a three bedroom house with a kitchen bathroom laundry area living room and dining room(1500/month) and only have 2 bedrooms( 3rd is currently being used as living room) and a broken Refrigerator. I withheld my rent a after 6 months of waiting for washer and dryer. And was exploded on accused of being late on rent and now being threatened to leave or it’ll be bad for me. I have his rent owed and security deposit and after asking for 6 months for what I’m paying for and spending almost a months rent at the laundry mat. He is now trying to get my dog to bite him
