      I canceled insurance they daid they mailed check out on may 16 . They told me it would take 14 days . I waited those 14 days never recieved the check so i called good2go. I spoke with ****** she said check was never mailed out . I asked why is that she told me she dont know . I asked to speak with manger or supervisor she told me there are no supervisor or mangers. She gave me a email to contact [email protected]. no one replied back to me. So i called today again jun5 and ****** answered again and told me the very same thing there nothing she can do she told me there noone i can talk to thats above her. I been waiting patiently for my money it $$ 581.00 . I was supposed to have it already its been 25 days and they still havent mailed it to me . This is unfair injust im suffering from.a financial hardship i need my money back and they need different employees

      On July 23, 2021, I was at a light preparing to make a right turn when an aggressive driver decided he would make a right turn from my left, hemming me in and scraping my vehicle as he did. I drove to the police station and filed a police report. I then called Good2Go to report the incident and was only able to reach an automated system that continued to drop the calls. I tried again on Saturday, July 24, 2021 and still was unsuccessful so I sent an email detailing the specifics. On July 26, 2021, I contacted Good2Go again and the person I spoke with said since I emailed the information, emailed claims are handled on Tuesdays and would be contacted then. That never happened. On July 28, 2021, I obtained a copy of the police report and emailed the insurance companies. Do you know when I heard from the other driver's insurance company? On July 28, 2021! Do you know when I heard from my insurance company? August 12, 2021! I received a call from Annette G****** from Good2Go who left a voicemail stating she wanted to get my version. When I returned the call, Ms. G****** informed me that my claim was closed and they had paid it. What?! I thought she wanted to get my version! I was never interviewed and no adjuster ever came to look at my vehicle! For almost one hour, Ms. G****** spoke with me as if she was representing the other driver. Her tone was condescending, as she insulted my character and questioned my statements. I PAID for this?!! The officer at the precinct looked at my car and told me my adjuster would be able to corroborate my version- the insurance companies could fight it out. Other car repair places I visited for estimates said the same. The other driver's insurance company told me I possibly played a "contributing" factor. An adjuster could've cleared that up! But my insurance company?!! No support at all! Thankfully no longer my insurance company! Terrible!!!

      This is in response to Ms. C****’ complaint regarding her claim. This accident occurred on 7/23/21. The accident was reported to us on 8/4/21 by the insurance carrier for the other party who was involved in the accident. On 8/6/21, the adjuster attempted to contact Ms. C**** for her description of the accident and left a message on her voicemail. In addition, the adjuster sent Ms. C**** a contact letter. The narrative on the police report stated that Ms. C**** was passing the other party in the right shoulder lane, which is not a proper lane of travel. Based on the diagram on the police report, it also appears that Ms. C**** attempted to squeeze by the other party on the right side of the other party’s vehicle while the other party was negotiating a right hand turn and both vehicles collided. Based on all of the available information, the adjuster made a decision to pay for the other party’s damage. We understand that Ms. C**** disagrees with the decision and apologize for any frustration or inconvenience that she experienced.
