    We bought a pool for Bloom Pool and Spas. Last January, we had strong winds and part of the pool blew apart. Bloom Pools would not return our calls so we had Pool Time come out and look at the damage. Pool Time determined that this happened because our pool was not properly installed by Bloom Pool and they never put the screws in the pool, which is why it blew apart. It cost us $1952 to get the new parts for the pool from Pool Time. After the pool was fixed, I tried reaching out to Bloom Pools about the situation. Everything is documented in emails. Long story *****, ****** from Bloom Pools was mad we didn't contact her. I explained every time we did since buying the pool and the issues we had with them in the beginning (all documents in emails with her) we didn't trust them to fix it the right way plus they wouldn't respond. Finally on June 1, ****** from Bloom Pools said in an email that she received my invoice and she had a question for Pool Time and then she will take care of the bill. August 22nd rolled around and I had been trying to follow up in the meantime and she said "I will get you a check out this week" (in writing) and many more attempts at following up and December 15th she said in an email "I will get you a check out this week". No check and she has been ignoring us since. I have every correspondence in writing, even about the earlier issues we had. We are trying to get reimbursed for the $1952 that she agree to reimburse us for due to their install error.
