    Do not order from this company. I have made several orders with them without issue but I recently made an order with no update after over 3 weeks. I cannot get an update on my order and have not been issued a refund. I have tried emailing and calling the company with no response. I also tried contacting them on their website contact form.

    I'll be holding my hand and getting a baby sitter as directed by Maple Street Candle supply! The neve of me to ask to speak to someone to discuss purching large amount of FO since they are fairly close to my location. They informed me I would have to speak to a smaller supply has that can be on the phone. It was an incredible repsonse and shed light on the true charecter of this supply house. They simply could say they have no individual sales person and can not do phone calls please send an email with all your questions. Every large supply house I deal with has a direct contact. I guess since I need a babysitter and somene to hold my hand the brick and mortars will close and my candle company will fail! Blown away by the treatment! who tunrs down 10g worth of Fo sales and then says to go somewhere else for my wax issues. I WASNT ASKING ABOUT WAX! Dont walk RUN!!!!!!!!! I should have checked all the negative reviews before purchasing! Obviously I am not the only one!

    *** had contacted us with a vague request inquiring about products that we do not carry in sizes we do not carry. *** insisted on a phone call chat. Due to the volume of orders we receive we cannot spend the time chatting on the phone with every customer. Maybe in the future we will hire a dedicated phone person who can talk on the phone for 8 hours a day. ( very doubtful though as most inquiries are handled promptly through our existing system.) Upon informing joe that we were not a good fit and that he should continue with his current supplier *** became very rude while swearing at our CS rep. We do not do business with rude people that we cannot accommodate their needs fully as it is in neither parties interest. ***s response to letting him know that he should continue with his supplier a second time was to post this review and make threats to our cs rep. This reassures us that not doing business with this person was the correct choice. *** also pointed out he reviews posted here on the bbb which we rarely monitor. We process about 800 orders a week and generally have 0 issues with any of them. Unfortunately, people also generally only write a review on a less than stellar interaction. After 20 years in business we have experienced all types of people.

    I reached out to this company on 2/28/2024 regarding a fragrance oil that smelled nothing like the dupe they were copying and it performed very badly in my wax blend. Crickets! I left a professional yet negative review of the item and to my surprise the review isn't viewable by anyone! That's a disturbing business practice. In a country with hundreds if not thousands of candle supply companies business owners must do something to stand out & deleting reviews, not responding to customers, and unprofessional & rude customer service is not the way to do so. Word of mouth and social media is very powerful.

    Great experience my orders are quick and exactly what I expected. We order large quantities and they always deliver. I have no issues with their costumer service needed to place freight orders which they had no problem putting together. Helps us save alot of money.

    Abysmal customer service!!! And this is the experience of many. Avoid at all costs. They will be rude and deactivate your account if you have a complaint (that is usually their error)

    They honestly dont even deserve one star. This so-called company is out here scamming small business owners out of their money I ordered for the first time 10 fragrances and never received it nor got a response online or through Facebook,company should be shut down immediately.

    Used to be a long time customer. However they outright denied I ordered ant 4oz when I provided the order number and copied and pasted the order in the chat to only say the order only contained 1oz bottles which wasn't true. While it was only 2 4oz bottles I was missing I gave plenty of chances, time and response just for them to act like I didn't order. This was a horrible experience. I won't be wasting my money any longer. Go to midwest fragrance. They're faster and better

    I dont usually leave reviews but if youre looking for a company with good prices this is it. BUT customer service does not exist. So if you have issues with an order just kiss that money goodbye. Certain fragrances arent consistent in fragrance. Hit or miss so its a 1 or less star.

    Been ordering from them for a long time but then I did a big order.. they never send it, its been a month. I try to speak with the owner on FB and he block me. I send emails and their answer is so rude telling me that it was send out and they lost tracking number. I call and hang up the phone on me. Just lost 2k Please dont buy there they are scams
