Millers Organic Farm. Wonderful product. Terrible Service! I ordered $300 in product from them on May 30. And they took my money and I received my product 3 days later. All was good. What they failed to communicate was that the charge would fall off after pending for 3 business days and they would re-charge me 3 weeks later. No communication and it really left me in a state of confusion thinking I had already paid them. Because of this I have been trying to cancel my membership with them. But getting them to respond to an email has been difficult. I've emailed 3 times to cancel my account and multiple phone calls that just ring and ring until im directed to the answering service. If you call the farm directly, there's a young lady that answers and she's very sweet, but she can't help me to simply cancel. They use a third party company for that. The 3rd party company never answers or gets back to your messages. I believe Nikki is in charge in that department. I've read that others have had issues with this as well. My suggestion would be to drop the 3rd party and hire a good receptionist. Great product is why I gave it an extra star rating. Otherwise, the bad business practices give this place a thumbs down.
