I bought a vehicle from this business a ****** ****** 2013 the amount I paid for the vehicle was $6,300.i bought this vehicle November 12th 2021 within 2 weeks of my purchase of this vehicle the car's transmission blew. I didn't have a warranty but the gave me a quote to fix so I had to pay $2,500 for a new/used transmission. I didn't get the car back until December 18th 2021 within 3 days December 21st 2021 the transmission blew again so I returned it to the business to get it fixed because whatever transmission the put into the car was horrible and it was failed service. I don't here back about my car for a several weeks almost leading up to a month so I called the business to get an update on the car I purchased from them. The answer I get is that they put in a new transmission but it wasn't responding so they got a new one and are working on it. A month goes by January 22nd 2022 I call the business again ask what is going on with the car that I purchase from them because it shouldn't have taken as long as a month to put in a new transmission. The answer they give me is that is that they have been rotating through transmissions and are getting a new one from another business they are associated with. I told them that my car has been with them for a little over a month including the first incident of the transmission blowing up. I have been waiting patiently but I can wait any longer I want my money back. I was told that they would give me a call back when the mechanics brother came in assuming he is the boss of their business. Never received a call so I decided to call the business January 27th 2022 I get no answer I leave a voice message saying that I want my refund/money back.
