We had an issue with not getting our digital images. We got our first two but didn't get our third. We called to inquire what happened. They said the wrong name was on the order form. After a pleasant conversation the problem was getting fixed we were at least going to the digital images and the hard copies would come separately like we paid for. A day and half later, we didn't get anything so we called again just to inquire. They said they send them a day ago. We checked every folder, inbox, spam, deleted folders, you name it we checked it. No email. The agent then forwarded to us the email that was sent within the company and in that email we got the original agent complaining about us. They blamed us for the order form being incorrect. Said we were very angry? We were pleasant because we use to work in customer service so we know first hand how it can be. Said we were blowing up? We did no such thing. We had pleasant conversations just inquiring and to fix a problem and get what we paid for. So after we read the forwarded email we spoke the supervisor or boss, so they said. All they could say was "sorry". We were not trying to get money back and still aren't. They didn't try and make it better, claimed they didn't know who sent it, which we know that is a lie. Emails can be tracked and it's pretty easy to do. This is why people like us who have disposable income are hesitant to go with small business because we have gotten service like this before from a small business. Not all the time but a solid 5 out of 10. The few small/local businesses that were good we go back to often. We weren't mad about the mix up, now we are mad that we are being talked about negatively when we didn't deserve it and the business did nothing to make it right. We are never going with this business again. Next time we need pictures of any kind I am no longer going with a small, local business.
