              I traded in my 2011 ******* ******, for a 2015 **** ******* two weeks ago. I signed over the documents for the new car on 8/22/2022. The **** ******* is a pre-owned vehicle sold to me in "perfect" condition. The car was financed for me for over $19,807.24 over the period of 84 months. The first payment is scheduled for 10/06/2022. Now as of 09/14/2022 the vehicle radio does not work, and the dealer worker told me it was the antenna but the problems seem to be more profound than that. Also, the driver-side seat has a broken piece which was covered in black tape at the time of the purchase and now they want me to be responsible for any parts they are ordering. I am hereby asking for the damages to be fixed and the cost to be covered or else to change the vehicle which I bought.

              After replacing both struts in the front and end link. The right strut failed and is making the same clunking noise from when Gilboy ford replaced it the first time. I took it back to Bethlehem ford and told them the noise is back from the right strut. The foreman had me get into the car with him for a test drive I said no need put the car in park and turn the steering wheel. He heard it. 15 minutes later he said the hardware to the mount failed. They had my car 2 weeks to have it fail 2 days later. I went back and told them I'm not paying for there mistakes. They said they would call me back when they get the strut in its been over a week I called no one calls back.
