- Additional Info:The company responded to complaints with an explanation of the matter stating their position and the appropriate action they have and/or would take. According to the June issue of the Allentown Morning Call, Unclaimed Freight closed its Bethlehem store on Wednesday, June 12, 2002. A sign on the company's door stated that the business was closed for reorganization and would be reopened during the first week of July. In October 2002, Joseph Colabella, founder of this company more than 30 years ago, bought back the trade name and certain assets from Wachovia Bank, a lienholder and reopened the Bethlehem store in November 2002. Any complaints prior to November 2002 should be referred to the Office of the Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection. The BBB will assist with complaints from November 2002 forward.
