              I've had a leaky door for 2 years. After the salesman doing what he could, doing above and beyond what the rep and manufacturer wanted and with lack of communication, I've had enough. The last communication was 2 weeks ago with a promise of an independent 3rd party contacting me to to a water test on the door. This has yet to be scheduled. The salesman is emailing Reeb again, but the cat and mouse game is old. They should be replacing the door and supplying the material for the job. The salesman has supplied lots of materials to do what was recommended by the rep and manufacturer, and they should be reimbursed also.

              I've had a door leak for 2 years. I've gone above and beyond the manufacturer suggestions and the reps direction with no results. The last communication was over 2 weeks ago, with a promise of a phone call to set up a 3rd party review of this problem. I had a similar issue with Reeb in 16' and after weeks of them trying to avoid the issue, they had to replace a door.
