    Initial contract was signed 12/3/24. We paid 2200 for a bathroom tile resurfacing of the walls, counter, and floor. Photos advertised on his website that he had done this exact job before with even the same colors. What was provided was nothing close to what was promised. The initial work was awful. We contacted him and he was out five more times after that. All of which he was late and still failed to address more than half the issues. The final product we were left with was unacceptable. It was a half hearted attempt to repair all of the mistakes. Stay away at all cost. We looked up tile resurface companies this one popped up seem to have decent reviews. There was another one star review i shouldve listened to because it was the exact same experience. Not that hes not a decent guy but his work is terrible. I honestly couldnt tell you if it was lack of skill or lack of care. After having him out at least six times of which every time he was late, the photos attached are what we were left with as a final result. Runs everywhere, missed spots, chipped spots not touched up, really bad overspray on my window, light switches, and walls. I mean literally painted half my window and left it that way. The floor is supposed to hold up to a s**** driver scratching it according to him and it started chipping a week later. Nothing even close to the photos advertised on his website. He asked that we put tape on the areas we werent happy with for when he came back the last time so we did. We spent an hour marking all of this up and only about half of the issues were addressed. By no means was i expecting perfect im a reasonable person but this was unacceptable. We lost a lot of money only to have a very poorly done job. Im not even interested in him coming back out six more time to fix it were just going to go to BBB to try to get our money back so we can have another company address all of these issues.

    After my review was posted on ****** they reached out to me to try to find a solution. They said on the phone call they would reimburse me up to $1700. He gave me a story on how he was struggling and was very sorry so we lowered it to $1100 out of sympathy. After the review was taken down in good faith all communication ceased. The president of the company refuses to call me and ****** ignored all of my texts and phone calls. Attached is the last email i sent them.

    I hired ******** resurfacing on 7/21/22 to refinish my kitchen sink. Shortly after the resurfacing, it began and peel and I had to have them return to repair. The sink held up for a year, but once again peeled. *** came out to repair again, but advised I needed to replace the drain in the sink first. I hired a plumber and had the drain replaced and contacted ******** resurfacing again to have the area repaired that was peeling. We have had several text messages and emails without resolution. The first excuse was a death in the family, which I was very sympathetic about, but no follow up. I again reached out and scheduled a time for repair, but he no showed. I had to reach out and was told his truck was out for repair and he could not make it, he would be in the area later in the week. No further contact. I am tired of trying to get a resolution from this business. I would like a refund of my $500 and I will hire a company who stands by their warranty and will repair my sink.

    Contracted the company to resurface a bathroom tub. Initial work was good and paid him the full amount of $940 on September 28th.. The next day, problems were noted with some bubbling up at the bottom of the tub. Contacted him to come out and he has continued to say he will come out to take a look at the tub. A few times he actually reached out to reschedule, the last few times, he doesn't even bother to do that, just doesn't show up. He said he guarantees his work, but his follow through with work completed is lousy. It is now two months later and we are getting ready to put the house on the market and the problem with the tub remains unresolved.
