Called about getting my exhaust welded instead of clamps and they said they would do it and it would take an hour so I headed over and when I got there the spanish dude in the garage was obnoxious from the start. I tried to show him where I knew one leak was but he wanted to lift the entire vehicle when you can see it much more easily when it is on the ground with the wheel turned. When it is up on the lift then he wants me to try and find it from the bottom when the clamp is for the header to y-pipe so basically closer to the top. I had the exhaust installed somewhere 3 months ago and all the dude in the garage would do is talk about what a shitty job they did like I didn't know already. What did he think I was there for??? Then he says it's gonna cost 600-650 like it was a huge deal. I wanted it fixed and was willing to pay but I think the dude was just too lazy to do the work. I told them to fix it and he kept telling me to take it back to whoever intalled it. Now there are bolts missing and one possibly stripped plus another leak where the headers go into the y-pipe so why would I go back and have the garage who messed it up in the first place to fix it again as though they somehow learned to do a better job than they did 3 months ago? Again I think he was just lazy. They had nothing else going on and I had the money and time to get the work done and they just came up with excuses on top of excuses and then at the end this lazy pos tells me if anything to bring my Jeep back to them? Like wtf? Are you serious? I tried to give them money and they turned me away and now he wants me to come back another day like I would waste any more of my time here. The guy at the front desk was really nice and actually professional but the mechanic or janitor or whatever he was is rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, obnoxious and arrogant. All he did was talk about the horrible job they did and then wouldn't do what needed to be done to fix it.
