    The business gave me an invoice detailing work that would be done to the car under warranty. The full work was never done. One repair was made according to the invoice under warranty; the second repair was never made.I called many times inquiring about the second repair / warranty issues / part ordering and they stop answering my calls, emails, etc. But given they had my car for months and I lost my jobs income and time with my son all summer due to the car it was reasonable for me to inquire about these questions.In addition they hold the only key fab the car has - and they are aware of this fact. So I believe they have held the car back bc I would obviously be towing it out to a dealer or someone who specializes in these cars to get it repaired fully. But I cannot use my aaa membership towing bc they are holding back the car and the key fab , not answering calls or emails. And the car is in a state on disassembly on the inside . For all I know not all of the parts are in the car. Last I saw the car with my own eyes I had to bike there and it was at their auto center parking lot covered and dust, back seat ripped out front passenger area fuse panel compartments disassembled, etc. it was horrible. Not to mention my sons belongings and my own are still in the car trunk etc.I have contacted the attorney generals office in Philly and they said they tried a mediation effort with Larry’s auto in Bethlehem pa but no success . I have lost my previous two jobs, custody of my son the entire summer and now into fall, lost most of my previous income, got behind on everything all summer etc. This business was not upfront with me, left the car in disarray and also will not give the car key fab back so that I can tow it from there to the **** ****** dealer who specializes in more complicated repairs for this make of car. Larry’s promised they could figure out how to fix it and could handle this make of car when I first brought it to them. Please help

    i read the message from bbb explaining you have tried twice to contact them and they have ignored them. 

    that is also the heart of my complaint I contacted them lots and lots of times for follow up and they wouldn't pick up the phone or reply to texts or voice mails or emails or anything. 

    they ignored me and basically stole the car bc they are holding the only key fab copy it has. I still have the title but they have not let me have possession of my car since 5/3 and they never fixed it and the car was not even out together last I saw it in person sitting in their parking lot months ago. 

    they have done nothing to contact me over text / phone / email / mail or anything. Absolutely ignored ** my attempts and the attempts form the attorney generals office in Philly. I lost my jobs child and everything bc of them refusing to finish fixing the car or at least out it pack together so that I can have it towed to a dealer to have someone else fix it. If they chose to ignore me all these months and ignore the attorney generals messages and the bbb, and held the key fab hostage not returning it to me. 

    I just have never heard of such a thing in my previous experience with any other business I've felt with until I encountered them. 

    thank you for trying to contact them and making one final attempt also. Which it sounds like they will also ignore. 

    I have no money for an attorney and tried the local legal aid and they said they don't handle car issues. So I have to find either pro bono services or at lates get a free consult for advice or have an attorney draft a letter to them and hold them to legal action . 

    I don't know what to do anymore. My whole life was ruined after the car situation with them basically.
