      On 12/16, vender sent a photo of a worker scheduled to work on my furnace. Company truck arrived and different person came in to perform annual maintenance while other worker stayed in truck. Worker said furnace was fine and left. The next day, I had no heat. Company sent out another worker on 12/23, charged double, and still no heat.

      After your initial maintenance appointment on 12/16/2024, we do not see a phone call from you until Saturday (12/21/2024). Our on call technician returned your call and came out the same day to address your no heat concern. We understood that there were still problems with your heating system and that it needed a repair, but we also highly recommended replacing the furnace due to the state of your heat exchanger. Our office attempted to call and text you regarding the next course of action. We unfortunately have not heard back from you. We would love the opportunity to make things right, as we would do not like leaving our customers unhappy and we want to make sure you are warm the remainder of this winter season. If you could please give us a call back at your earliest convenience, we will address your heater problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

      I bought the hvac product as I was advised that my hvac of only 5 years needed to be replaced as the felt another tech installed inproper and it was probably better to get a new one. the new hvca would be covered with a 10 year warranty. when the serviced on 8/6. the sent a bill the next day for two different invoices one of approx 200 hunderd and 400 hundred almost $600 which should be covered under warranty. i did not authorize these charges as i was told it would be covered.****** sent a text stating they advised the tech was confused but i still have to pay or they will no longer service my unit per the owner. then owner wrote me and stated he does not want my business and he will put me on the do not call list and consider ****** "fired". i advised i would report to BBB and attorney general along with sue because now i have a ****** unit they no longer want to service that they installed.

      Not sure how to respond. We fixed her ac and waived the charge. Maintenance is not covered under warranty.  ******** said she would not pay so we said ok no charge. However we will NOT service her going forward. She can call any company listed through her ******* extended warranty that she purchased to service her system in the future. 

      ( Just like a car warranty you can go through any dealer you do not have to use the dealer you purchased warranty from nor are we obligated to service her unit) 

      The system was not working due to a clogged condensation drain. The water safety cut off was shutting the unit off and on to prevent a flood. We cleared the drain and problem was resolved. 

      Customer was told maintenance is not covered after the fact. So we waived the charge and essentially fixed her unit for NO charge. 

      Customer bill is now $0   Not sure why people complain when they get free service!  But yet her we are.
