    October and November my account was charged 3 times for services I could not use or did not receive. *****, ***** and *****. I was experiencing some pain during workouts and asked instructors for suggestions to ease it and I was told it would work itself out and to continue on. I find out after many doctors and a hospital visit I sprained then tore my calf. Which takes quite a while to heal. I reversed the charges now they say I owe back fees. I never signed a contract. I was under the impression cancel anytime no issues. And an instructor whom I still speak to believes the same is true. As well as they video people working out to boost sales on social media I told them not to video me they continued anyway. I see it this way stop charging my account or saying I owe money. Or you can pay for my doctors, hospital bills and a fee for using my image.

    They Crunch payment people have called and harassed on 2 occasions saying I need to make my past due payments. I owe nothing. I explained that because of them, that's why I discontined service and can't understand why they think I still should pay for no service or a service cannot use. I offered to present them with all the doctors bills as evidence and even went as far as to say maybe they should pay the doctors bills they caused which way outweighed the costs they think I owe them.

    I have been a member of Crunch Fitness for quite a few years. In November Crunch attempted to deduct my monthly payment and they were unable to do so the payment did go through in December and I was charged this plus what I am assuming a late fee. I decided that because of health issues I know longer wanted to continue my membership. On December 23, 2022 I sent them a request by email stating that I would like to cancel my email and that I no longer authorized them to make any additional charges to my account. They replied to my email stating that this was not okay until had gone at least 30 days without a past due balance. Up until this point I had never been past due and my last payment even though late was less than 30 days past due. I attempted to contact them using the corporate number and it was not in working order. I then contacted the Bensalem Crunch and was told that my cancellation request was pending. Finally, I was contacted by someone from Crunch who refused to cancel my membership but instead continuously read my email that I send on 12/23/22 requesting my cancellation. I again sent another email in January stating that I did not authorize my card to be charged and they have repeatedly attempted to charge my card ( I actually had to close my card and have another one submitted to me). Since my initial request they have attempted to take money from my account every single day (sometimes twice a day). They have not honored my request from 12/23/22, have not cancelled my membership, and continue to attempt to charge my credit card. I sent them another letter stating how upset with the lack of professionalism and refusal to honor my request. I have had no response.

    Date of transaction: 2/6/2023 Date cancelled: 2/6/23 They told me I couldnt get a refund due to my card already being charged. I havent step foot in this place except the day I made my account. I paid 24$ ever month for my account and a 60$ (x2) for an initial annual fee. But had just got charged 60$ (x2) again when that charge showed up on my bank I called to dispute the charge where they told me they couldnt do anything.
