    I rented a townhome and am still within the lease term. We never have more than 8 minutes of hot water. They have come here and only raise the temperature on the water heater but that only makes it dangerous and doesnt fix the issue. The real problem is that they are using a 30 gallon water heater for a 3 bedroom townhouse so there will never be enough hot water. The water heater has to be changed but they refuse to fix it. They keep saying that they will send someone but they never do. I even left a review and they replied saying they fixed the issue when nothing has been done. Since they only give me a third of the hot water we should have, they should give me back two thirds of the rent I pay each month. I pay $2546 every month and we dont even get hot water here. I have even missed work waiting for them to come here and they never show up. Also, they charged me for the city to inspect but I want proof they inspected because this townhouse has a broken lock and I cant imagine the city allowing someone to move in when the patio door is broken and cant be closed.

    I have screen shots of the work orders. They close them and delete them but they never come to fix anything. I have emailed them as well and they dont respond. If I call, they tell me they will make it high priority and send someone but they never come. I took a day off to be here the Friday they were supposed to send someone and they never came here. I also tell them to call me but they never call and I have my phone on me all day and I answer all calls or call back on missed calls because I work in sales so I never miss a call.

    I have been living in this unit since 11-1-2017. For the last year we have been having issues with a leak. Whenever it happens maintenance would come and never fix the issue. A plumber was called because they could not find the leak. The maintenance man came and busted out the wall behind our washing machine, stove, and under our kitchen sink this was back in September and they still have yet to repair it. A plumber came and fixed the busted pipe however we are still having issues. Monday night (1-15-2024) we had another leak that soaked the carpet in our downstairs bedroom and dining area. Water was also all over the floor in our bathroom and kitchen. Someone from maintenance came that night and cleaned up the water they was supposed to rerun (1-16-2024) and they still havent. We have reached out to the complex manager ***** and our emails go unanswered, we can never speak directly to her on the phone, she says she will forward our maintenance request to Maintenance so they can follow up with us that never happens. We are just frustrated and dont know what else to do. We are not comfortable in our home, our carpet is still soaked no one has came to address the issue, and we havent heard anything from the complex manager ***** and we sent a email to notify her of the situation. We dont want mold to start growing in our home but dont know what else to do since we are not getting any help. I will include pictures of our home because thats how maintenance have left it and we are still living here. Some of the repairs we have been waiting on since September.
