      We entered into a contract with Paul Davis in mid January for them to complete the mitigation, packout and cleaning of our contents. From the beginning we were told the rebuild could not begin until 10-12 weeks until after the demo was completed. We were told the demo would only take 4-5 hours. It ended up taking 3.5 weeks. The job was not completed appropriately- our contractor who we had to hire privately who went walked in to multiple things that should have been done during the demolition and were not. I went by the property multiple times a day and each time the workers were taking breaks. The heat was turned off by the company so baseboards could be removed and no alternative heat source was being used so another pipe burst two weeks ago after brand new drywall was installed. Paul Davis reached out and said they would go look at the property, I even gave them the new contractors phone number and there has been no contact with him or myself to remedy this situation. They received a letter from me a week ago, and I have yet to hear from any of them. They billed me $54,000 to pack out and clean out contents when the contents aren’t even worth that. I could have replaced every item in my entire home for the amount they charged. They billed us approximately $15,000 for the demo and there were multiple things they didn’t do properly and flat out told our contractor they weren’t going to do them. My neighbor witnessed them multiple times only being there for 2 hours some days. Attached is my letter to all parties involved at the company. It has been an absolutely terrible experience doing business with them and they took advantage of a very difficult situation. We will definitely never be doing business with them again, nor would we ever refer our friends and family to them. What they have done to us is an absolute disgrace.

      Not sure what to say. We called this company to inspect water leak in our kitchen, they came and gave us the quote but never communicated whats all the process involved. They were bit pushy about starting the project. So we decided to have them start, long story short, everything ripped out in my kitchen now and we have no sink, no water. We asked then whats the next step to fix these issues, they told us we need to contact their restoration department for the second quote and they are not in charge of putting anything back. So we decided to call that department and of course there is a 20 week time frame for them to start the project. So please beware of this company and their sale tactics. We still have no working kitchen.

      Call was dispatched to our office on July 19th, loss due to a malfunctioned garbage disposal which leaked in the kitchen saturating vinyl flooring, cabinets and into the basement. Called the homeowner and inspected the loss the very same day. On the 21st we were waiting on approval from the insurance company to detach the countertops and cabinets so proper drying could take place. July 28th we emailed the estimate amount over and requested that customer reach out when they are ready to get started. We arrived August 4th per homeowner. We called and spoke with them on August 5th asking if they would like a temporary sink put in as a part of mitigation. On August 6th we adjusted the estimate to work completed and were still awaiting decision on a temporary sink. Called customer again on *******. As with all water losses, time is of the essence to mitigate and to protect property from damage/mold. Putting a home back together is not part of mitigation. Our reconstruction team is backed up like all contractors are due to the times we live in. Material is not being delivered on time and products are being backordered. We are sorry that you had expected us to put it all back together immediately after mitigation was complete. We are upfront about our reconstruction timelines and that is why we wanted to install a temporary sink in which we didn't get a response.
