    I placed an order of two items with gumball.com on 12/3/2024. One of the items was promptly delivered. The second and more expensive item, a Gumall machine (Titan Classic with stand) was not received. After contacting the company on Dec 21, the item was shipped, but received well past the expected Christmas delivery date. Once my husband opened the item, we noticed it was missing an essential piece - the coin dial used to operate the machine (We were also missing an instruction manual that we have repeatedly asked to be sent, yet the company continues to dismiss this my sending videos and a file that were not as helpful). Regarding the more important missing piece, we made multiple calls and emails to the company to at least receive the coin bank so we can operate the machine. These contacts started Jan 13. After multiple phone calls and emails, the replacement item was finally received on Jan. 27. However, the replacement part that was sent to us was defective. I again contacted the company via emails, phone calls, providing the requested photo documentation of the defective item. Most recently, my emails have not been answered and messages left on their phone service have not been returned. Since we have made numerous attempts contact them, I am reaching out to you for your advocacy. It has now been over two months since my initial order and we still cannot use the item as we expected. All we ask is to receive the correct and functioning part so we can operate the machine as we expected and advertised on their website.

    While I have not heard from the company, I did finally receive the missing part after submitting the complaint to BBB. Since they have not followed up with me on a more formal manner, I do not know if I received the part based on communication from BBB or if it was delayed action from my many emails/phone calls to gumball.com. Regardless, I am disappointed in the customer service and lack of communication from gumball.com. I was even told (via a phone conversation early in this process) that the company would provide a discount coupon for my hassle. Of course, that has not happened. Regardless, since the missing item was received and we have a working machine I can say that the issue is resolved. Thank you for your help in this.
