We hired ****** P, President of Technology Data Exchange in ***********, ************ based upon his ********** ad where he promised to deliver 36 Keyword results on the first page of ****** before we paid him a *****. There are FAQs on Technology Data Exchanges website via voice-recordings. One of them is who decided the keywords. The recording says they will send a list of keywords to us and we can either remove or ad keywords we wanted. ****** insisted we listen to the recordings on his website so we did. We agreed to move forward based upon the ********** ad and the recording on ******** website about who chooses the keywords. The problem is that every time we replied to his list of keywords with our list, he would add obscure keywords to the list that no one uses and that are easy to score on the front page for in our opinion. Believe it or not over the next week we received over 50 emails from ****** mostly giving reasons why his list containing many obscure keywords had to be used. He refused to honor his own recording on his own website that we would provide a list of removed keywords from his list and keywords we wanted added. After a week of ****** not agreeing to our list and only publishing his list we did not want, we had to fire ****** and his company. We have removed his pages, sitemap, and ****** verification code from our site. Based upon our experience We cannot recommend you use his services.Business Response

We invite all interested parties to request a list of nearly 100 relevant SEO keywords, where ****** has delivered 1st Page SEO results for the complainant. ****** 1st Page screen shots will also be gladly provided, as evidence of our professional ****** SEO work.
We are in the process of filing charges in Civil Court against this complainant for the following:
1 - UNPAID DEBT - Complainant refuses to pay US a single dollar for our hard work. Instead, he is demanding $3,200 to remove his outrages BBB complaint from public view.
2- THEFT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - Complainant refuses to allow our SEO team to remove our Intellectual Property from his server by cancelling his server's FTP Password Credentials. He has not paid us, and has no right to keep our IP on his server.
3- DESTROYING THE EVIDENCE / Obstruction of Justice - Complainant deleted our SEO Landing Pages, which clearly demonstrated our work, which are no longer visible online. Thankfully, we have printed screen shots of each and every ****** search result page, as undeniable proof of our work..
4 - EXTORTION - Complainant is demanding $3,200 before he will remove his outrageous BBB complaint
5- MAKING THREATS - Complainant threatened to take advantage of his friends at the **************** to enforce his outrageous demands.
6- FRAUD BY DECEPTION - Complainant encouraged personal friendship by engaging in several long conversations about family, religion etc., until he was asked to make his SEO payment, at which time his personality became mysteriously viscous.
7 - DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER - Complainant knowingly wrote lies and false allegations, intentionally warning our potential customers not to engage our SEO services.
Claimant alleges he had received 50 E-mails from TDE during a single week. This is an outright lie, since the total number of E-mail exchanges was 7. The content of these E-mails included daily ****** keyword audits which are always appreciated by our SEO clients.
Claimant alleges TDE made up ambiguous keywords. What he had received was only the first SEO round search results, all within 7 days into his SEO project. He refused to pay for our hard work with false claims.
Claimant was cherry picking keywords, pressuring us to use keywords outside of what ****** perceives his website to be about, getting us close to a Bait & Switch scheme, which we discouraged, so as not to be in violation of ******'s TOS.
We were successful in deliveryng: AUTO SHIPPING PORTAL - #1 SEO position, top of ******'s 1st page. Instead of showing appreciation for our good work, claimant was cherry picking, providing extremely long lists of keywords to which ****** did not agree to. When we explained that his website required keyword-specific content, he criticized us pretendint to be an SEO expert himself, and refused to pay us a single dollar for our hard work.
Claimant also described his website as being an AUTO SHIPPING MARKETPLACE, and so we delivered several dozen relevant keywords with the word MARKETPLACE included. Within only one week we sent him nearly 100 perfectly relevant keywords to which ****** delivered 1st page SEO results to his website. No matter what we did, as applied to his website, the claimant refused to pay us.
The Technology Data Exchange respectfully requests BBB to ignore this insane complaint on the basis of the complainant not being a legitimate paying customer, who paid zero money, and was out to get free service from us, while demanding $3,200 in extortion money from us for removing his BBB complaint.****** *******, Pres.

I am rejecting this response because:
Hi, let me reply point by point.1. ****** is not being truthful. Technology Data Exchanges website, ******************************************, clearly states:
We do not pay until you see your ****** 1st Page SEO results for several dozen keyword queries.
Heres a picture of the words at the top of the page. We never saw any keywords on the first page of ****** because ****** never submitted our approved list of keywords. Instead, he submitted a list containing several hundred random terms that nobody searches for terms that we specifically removed from our list.
On the BBB complaint form, the amount in dispute is the $3,250 ****** is trying to collect for uncompleted work. We have never said and will never agree to pay ****** any money.
WHAT WE GUARANTEE
*** guarantees that theyll never ask for any money until ****** 1st Page SEO results are achieved for several dozen keyword queries.
2. Again, ****** is being untruthful. We removed all of ******************* pages, ****** authentication tags, and sitemap from our website and server. We emailed ****** multiple times confirming this removal. Those emails are available here (along with all related correspondence and documents):
****** Drive folder: ***************************************************************************************
3. Once again, ****** is being untruthful. We removed all of his uncompleted work from our server and website after he began aggressively demanding payment before completing the work directly violating the guarantee stated on his own website (quoted above).
4. We never said we paid the $3,250. We continue to assert that ****** is not owed payment, as the job was never completed and our keyword list was never submitted to ******. Instead, he submitted lists containing both our approved keywords and hundreds of irrelevant terms that no one searches for.
5. Again, ****** is not being truthful. ****** sent me an email where he said I would be in tears if I did not give in to his demands. That email is saved in the Drive folder above. I replied that I would be forwarding this to the LVMPD.
7. After receiving the BBB complaint, ****** sent a threatening email demanding that I remove the complaint or face all kinds of action. This violates the **** rules on retaliation for online reviews. That email is also included in the Drive folder above.
****** claims he sent only seven emails. That is false he sent 40+. All emails and related files are available in the Drive folder above.
Georges website includes a recording explaining his process. Below is a transcription of that recording, which clearly states that we approve the keyword list. We relied on this, yet ****** repeatedly argued and insisted that we use his version of the list instead.
Recording Transcript Excerpt:
Question: Who decides which keywords and search terms to address on my behalf?
Answer: On the first day of your SEO project, the *** SEO team reviews your website and creates a long keyword wishlist. You will receive it via email within 24 hours and will be asked to type the word remove next to any that dont apply and add any that were missed. Once you reply, we start building SEO landing pages for each keyword on your wishlist. These are optimized in **** proprietary ****** simulator, which fine-tunes 65 algorithmic search signals. This process delivers far superior SEO results compared to plugin-based CMS optimization, which addresses only five signals. *** invites you to call us 24/7 at ************** with any SEO questions.
A screenshot of the recording location (titled Number 5 Location) and the direct recording link are included in the Drive folder. For reference, the recording URL is: ******************************************/QUESTIONS/05.mp3
