*** at Allied Mortgage group was very responsive and always answered my questions with kindness. He was very informative with his answers which made me feel confident we were in good hands and had the best information to make good decisions. Brian W******* and Karen R**** make a great team. They expertly guided us throughout the mortgage application process. There is no better compliment than repeat business and we've worked with them twice on the purchase of primary residences. They were readily available when we needed them and took their time when discussing options with us. Most importantly, we trust them and they've never given us a reason not to.Review from Steven V

Absolutely amazing and attentive service from Sarah M. She went out of her way by assisting in the whole process of loan buying. She educated me on processes I was fully unaware of. Sharyn is a great communicator and is willing to go the extra mile to stay in touch throughout the entire mortgage loan process! I enjoyed talking to Sharyn and her team. Sharyn was able to make sense of the loan process for us and help us to stay calm when a problem came up. I will recommend everyone to her from now on. From the start of the application to the closing of the home loan, Sharyn was exceptional to work with and I know I am not an easy client! We used our VA loan and Sharyn made sure to include team members in communications about things she was not as familiar with in that process to ensure quick and accurate execution. There were absolutely no delays because of Sharyn! She was like a shark with the scent of blood going after what was needed so that our loan was completed on time. Paula E**** and her team were very knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the way with our mortgage process. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new home. They all went above and beyond for us, especially Paula. She was always there for me with any questions or concerns I had. Being in the loan industry myself I know that I can be a difficult client, Christopher understood where I was coming from and we worked together to make sure the closed smoothly. The closing process was smooth and painless and I didn’t have to drive anywhere the closing agent came to me, which is a plus. Brandon, Ryan, and Jacquie were all incredibly helpful throughout my process. It was more complicated than most but they handled every curve thrown at them and were always available to contact with the many questions I had throughout. During my mortgage process we were dealing with Caleb Richardson and his team, the process was very smooth, Caleb was ALWAYS available to answer any questions or concerns we had. His customer service skills are superb. I absolutely enjoyed working with him!
