    Well ***** I am confused. You shamed us into paying for almost all of a job that is not completed to our satisfaction under the premise of neighbors wouldnt do that. And here we are 2 months later and havent heard from you and you havent responded to my text from last week. That is not like the person I thought I got to know from the time you were here.

    I am no longer providing services which require a ladder of more than 6ft, due to a persistent injury.

    I have the replacement shutters for the rear of the house, as well as the replacement mounting brackets, per your request.

    I will offer you a refund of $300.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    First a question before we get a quote:  Are you going to do the replacement of the bathroom shutters, since a 6 foot ladder could be used then standing on the deck roof? If not could you drop off the shutters and clips?

    We will need to then get a quote from a handyman as to the cost of making the corrections to the stated shutters. We would then want to present the quote to you. So you could pay the fair price of more or less than the $300.
