I have worked with just about every warranty company in the industry, now let me tell you that proguard has been the only company to cover claims right away. There's never any back and forth with them. Claims are paid right away. My representative Kevin goes above and beyond for any issues that you can think of. There isn't any other warranty company out there that truly stands behind their brand. I would only recommend proguard warranties!

Run run run as fast as you can from this bunch they are terrible, want you to use salvage parts or pay the difference for true rebuild, and their reps tell you one thing but tell your shop another, run run run

I can't get anyone on the phone at all. The number won't let me leave a message or speak to an operator or representative. I did send an email but no reply. So disappointing when you need a few simple questions answered

We here as a repair facility deal with lots of different warranty companies. We would like to say out of the 20+ companies that offer aftermarket service contracts ProGuard is the very best of them all. They go above and beyond to make sure the vehicle and customer are taken care of. If ever anyone is in the market for an aftermarket service contract provider look no further than ProGuard.

Worst money spent! I paid two grand for a tier two plus and it yet again doesn’t cover anything. I tried using this warranty several times and it always comes back “ that is not covered by us” save your money don’t get it believe me it’s horrible and customer service can’t give you a definite answer to anything. You will be better off paying out of pocket the two grand you would have put down on this false hope of a warranty!!!! Thanks for nothing yet again proguard. :/

Thank you for your honest feedback. The plan you purchased is our PG2 Powertrain Plus program. All covered components are expressly stated on Page 2 of the vehicle service contract. Our records indicate you initiated one claim on 2/28/23 for the following components: purge valve, rear parking brake light electronic module, and rear wheel bearings. None of these are stated components of the PG2 Powertrain Plus plan, and therefore they are not covered. While we regret that you are not fully satisfied with your ProGuard experience, we remain confident that you will find value in your service contract if any covered components experience a failure. We look forward to serving you for the remainder of your contract term.

Pro guard 1 does NOT cover power train. They are very specific about which parts of engine and transmission they cover and conveniently for them, it’s not the things that routinely go bad. Forget all the gaskets, sensors, pumps, or anything else that WILL go bad on your vehicle. You’d be better off without this warranty as it’s a big scam and the devils in the details. Shame on this company for not providing security for a complete power train warranty and short change their customers who need to use that warranty to be driving a safe vehicle!

As always, ProGuard appreciates your feedback. We utilize this information as we continue to better our products and procedures.
ProGuard offers several different levels of plans and terms. A review of your contract indicates you chose a PG1 plan with a term of 3 months or 4,500 miles. We encourage you to review Page 1, which specifically denotes PG1 as a Limited Powertrain option, as well as Page 2, Component Coverage, which also clearly specifies the PG1 plan as our Limited Powertrain plan. Moreover, the covered components are all clearly listed on Page 2. Page 2 clearly states: "If a specific component is not listed, it is not covered." The three components for which you recently filed a claim (Power steering pump, valve cover gasket, and knock sensor) are not listed, and therefore not covered, under our PG1 plan.
While we regret that you are not fully satisfied with your ProGuard experience, we are also confident in the value of our service contract plans and our claims process. We look forward to serving you for the remainder of your service contract term.

We are a **** dealer that uses ProGuard Warranty. They always go above and beyond for our customers and for us as a dealer. Everyone that answers our calls is knowledgeable, friendly, and super efficient. If you're looking for a company to work with that puts customer and dealers first, then look no further!
