20% restockingfee will be charged based on the retail value of the Returnable Item(s) at timeof purchase.
DefectiveReturnable Items will be replaced at no charge.
Freight and shipping charges are not refundable or included in the restockingfee.
Return Policy:
Due to thenature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
In most cases,it is not feasible to return (pre-built) structures or kits. Horizon Structures, LLC will make everyreasonable attempt to repair or replace product or compensate customers who aredissatisfied with their purchase.
