    My wife, *** ******* bought a 1 year subscription for me as a Christmas gift. I accepted it, and looked around the website, and services, and cancelled it, expecting a full refund, per their 30 cancellation refund policy as stated on their website. Note; attached below. My wife and I both separately called them and emailed *************** multiple times. They took us round and round, and then said needed gift certificate returned back to them in order to get refund. Their refund policy doesn't state anything about sending letter back, so it had been disposed of after using it. Can't believe **** ******* co. would behave like this. Please help stop this abuse. I'm a retired disabled vet, and would really appreciate your help. Thanks,For NEW Yearly or One Year Premium Members:If you cancel within 30 days of your billing cycle start date, your membership will cancel immediately and you will receive a full refund less the retail price of the membership gift that was shipped to you. If within 60 days of original shipment, the membership gift can be returned in order to receive a full refund.

    *************** just stated they're refunding the money. After I made the complaint with you, I sent them an email stating the case and that I filed the complaint with BBB. Both actions seemed to make them reconsider their nonsensical behavior. Thank you for your time.

    Nov 24. 2024 I attempted to order a personalized and signed copy of a book from the website. The site did not respond properly and I emailed their customer service to confirm if they received the order. When I order on the 24th, I was not prompted for the personalized message I paid for with my credit card. I contacted them to ask what to do and was told my transaction failed to process and I had to reorder. I have come to experience this is the same thing they tell you every time you reach out with order inquiries. So, on Nov 26, I attempted to order the personalized book again. I was properly prompted for my message and paid with my credit card again. I thought the transaction was finally on the right track. However after receiving a few shipping confirmations but no book, I started to inquire as to the status. The answer I received was that the order did not get processed even though my card was charged not once but twice. They have not provided any satisfactory response. Please see exchange of inquiry and proof of order and payment attached.

    2 separate issues. 1, being billed twice for annual membership. That could be easily resolved, if I just get an answer. 2, The fact that I've never gotten the original autographed copy of Killing the Witches, throughout all of this. Please see the attached detailed PDF, thanks.Also, again I say that **** is very good at what he does -- not in dispute. I just want my issues addressed, considering how meticulous **** is, and this is his is own company. Thanks.-- TAT
