    I went to Armen to have my SUV air conditioning serviced and charged after paying $499.55 as of today I still don't have any air conditioning. After complaining to the service department I was told I had to drive it 2000 miles before they would do anything else! I felt that it was unacceptable after paying to fees. Any help you can offer I thank you!

    Dear Mr. ******************* receiving the complaint I immediately (June 12, 2025) reached out to Mr. ***** by phone at the number we had on file.  I also reached out by email at the address we had on file and the address he provided in the complaint.  As of today I still had not heard back from him.  Today I relooked at the complaint and saw a different phone number than the one we had on file.  I called and reach ********* father, Mr. ****** *****.  I explained that during ********* visit on May 25, 2025 he had three items completed.  PA state and emission inspection, Oil Change and we checked his Air Conditioning system for not blowing cold.  The charge for the Air Conditioning was $318.40.  On the receipt, Mr. ***** provided as part of the complaint it states we recharged the A/C system and added 10KG of refrigerant, along with dye.  The dye was added because no leak was apparent to our technician that inspected the system.  No parts were replaced during his visit.  When the vehicle was picked up, Mr. ******* ***** was advised to drive the vehicle and return when either he needed his next oil change or if the A/C started blowing warm again.  This would allow the dye to run through the system and aid us in determining the source of the refrigerant leak.  When I spoke to ********* father, ******, today I told him they could bring the vehicle in tomorrow and we would be happy to reinspect the vehicle to try to find the source of the leak.  Mr. ****** ***** stated he would get in touch with his son and find out when he could come to our service department.
