    I hired On Point Cleaning in February 2024 to clean my home. I tried filing a claim with my credit card company and they suggested that I take them to small claims court which will be my next course of action. Attached is a document outlining the issues and conversations I had with them. *** stipulated data where experts move in move out cleaning. Giving them clear instructions on what should be cleaned I even purchased cleaning supplies because they did not come well equipped the company said they would get back to me and they did not. Please see document attached for a better outline of what transpired including text messages between myself and the company.The pictures I've included are showing the dirt when I cleaned up after they left I have many more pictures if you should wish I can send them.

    The incident occurred on Sunday, 2/26/2024. I paid $270.00 for 2 "cleaners" to show up and clean the house. The entire operation that they run is not professional, and borderline one big Scam. The cleaners came very unprepared, with very few cleaning supplies. They even asked me for a broom - really? I actually drove to the nearest hardware store and purchased a broom for them to use and attempt to clean.They did the absolute minimum amount of work - and when I asked if they were done with the main house, he said Yes - all done. After checking their work, there was dust everywhere, marks on the floor, almost as if they didn't do anything!When I contacted the business, and told them to refund my money - that they didn't fulfill what they promised to do - the person on the phone (******) - who was extremely disrespectful and rude, was pointing fingers at me and calling me names! Even to go as far as saying that if I don't pay, they will report me to the credit bureaus - unbelievable!!I just want to work with a reputable cleaning company and move on about my day. Don't be surprised if they deny this claim and make up stories. They did NOT do a good job, they came under-prepared and they were not a legitimate cleaning crew.Thank you for your time

    As an ****** client and property manager, was referred to this company to hire them for cleaning services. Everything was set up for cleaning, however I asked their staff to clarify the hidden costs, I was given harsh and abusive attitude, bullying, kicking me back and forth, avoiding answer to the question needed befor the cleaning scheduled for 10/08/2023. After their misconduct when they received my email and a negative review posted on ******* I was hit hardest by their verbal threats and harsh accusations, threatening with arresting me, pressing charges, etc. This business is bogus, filled with unleashed and outrageous abusers. They refused to provide cleaning that we already paid for (prior to get hit by hidden and surprising bogus fees). As result our property management company lost future upcoming bookings, since the property will not get cleaned.
