HR ********************** Building Systems is run by **** ********************** who is also the president of the *** for the community I live in. He is responsible for upkeep and repairs of common areas and a detention pond within the community. There is a sinkhole that started fully in the detention pond years ago that has now migrated up onto my property some after HR ********************** employees were there to dig it out and fill it. This has been going on for years but the most recent time I decided to take pictures for proof of them being there to deal with it. On 3/1/22 I emailed Mr. ********************** about the issues with the ongoing sinkhole. On 3/7/22 I received an email back saying that his construction manager had come to look at it and they would look into it because he thought it was on my property, not the detention pond. On 3/31/22, construction equipment showed up at the sinkhole and starting digging it out which tells me that it was determined to be in the detention pond. In the process, hazardous materials (artificial turf) was dumped in the hole which is illegal. I took pictures. I contacted the *** to inform them of what had happened. On 7/19/23 Mr. ********************** was forced to dig the turf out by the *** and I was told he was fined. After it was dug out, they refilled the hole. Now on 7/28/24 I emailed Mr. ********************** informing him that the hole is starting to open up again. He responded by saying that he is not willing to work on it again because the last time he did, he got in trouble with the *** and again, he claimed it to be on my property. I have contacted the conservation office, the *** and Attorney General. The conservation office has come back out at the request of the *** and I am currently waiting to hear from them. Mr. ********************** also claims that he cannot charge work on private property to the *** but he clearly has because I was NEVER charged for the work on the sinkhole so how could it be my property? Also, if it is my property, then they illegally came onto it when dumping hazardous materials

When HR ********************** came to dig out the turf as instructed by the **** it was charged to the **** I was never charged individually so the claim of him working on private property to "help me out" is null and void. Furthermore, if that is indeed the case, then he illegally charged work on private property to the *** and illegally came onto my property and dumped hazardous materials. This is the same sinkhole that has opened up for years that has ALWAYS been charged to the **** How can it be my property and my problem to deal with all of a sudden? Especially when a government agency made him dig it out AND a gentleman from the ******************* told me on the telephone that he already told Mr. ********************** that he is responsible for upkeep in the detention pond. In the report with the **** he even says he dumped the turf in the detention pond, not someone's private property

No one really "hired" HR ********************** Building Systems for upkeep, they do the work because the builder and Owner, **** **********************, is the president of the **** There is no real board either so I have no way to provide a list of names involved. Mr ********************** asked many owners in our community to be part of the board during the last HOA meeting in February but we all refused to be on it because we don't want to be stuck with repairs for sinkholes in the common area that he hasn't taken care of properly. The question regarding whether I have presented this to the **** we'll I guess in a way I could say yes because I have presented the issue to Mr ********************** as he is the *** president and he makes all of the decisions for it since we have no board
