I signed up with this company because they offered 1 on 1 coaching for $2500. It was marketed toward busy, career moms that knew a decent amount about nutrition and sustainability. The things that were promised during this coaching were: - Neurotyping: Selecting the right food for your brain chemistry based on your personality type to reduce stress, improve mood and stability, and make you feel more like yourself. - Assessing an existing training routine or creating a training program - monitoring daily stressor and sleep and making - intuitively eating and not tracking macros It was a 6 month program. I started in September 2023. The program started with a consultation call in which I explained my background and why I was interested in neurotyping. I explained that I had successfully lost weight with coaching on macro tracking and I had an extensive background in strength training. I was burned out and interested in learning more about my brain chemistry and personality, and how to eat based on that. It was the sole reason I joined the program. The company offered one survey on neurotyping and it wasnt brought up again in my program. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and I was switched to a new coach. This did not change. I was forced into a macro program, given a generic meal plan, and was told I needed to pay more if I wanted a personalized training plan. When I asked for a refund because the program was not providing what was advertised, my coach discontinued conversations with me overall and did not complete the contract.
