    I was a customer to ******************** bar and grill in ******* ** on April 25***** I placed an order for delivery. They had taken the money off my card I have proof of all of what Im saying . They never delivered my food I called the bar for an hour and when they finally awnser wyd they told me that they had closed for the night and they were sorry and would make things right tomorrow the 26th of April. I waited until about 3pm before reaching out again to see what was going on and was still given the run around. I was harassed and threatened by the owner of chewys family. I then was reached out to by the owner and told him again what had happened he reassured me he would refund me my 50$ . I said thank you and I thought the issue would be fixed due to it being their mistake. Here it is June 29th ***** and I have still to be refunded for the food I never received. I tried to go to the owner and I tried to be considerate of the fact things happen but its super unprofessional to take someones money off their card and not try to make it right at all then have your family harass me over me putting in a bad review . I feel like I was stolen from from a local business I put my trust in
